I’m absolutely disgusted with my…
I’m absolutely disgusted with my subscription experience. This is the first month I was expecting my order to arrive and guess what? I’ve been left without my medication. My credit card was debited on 28/03 and on 29/03 I received an email saying my order was approved and sent to the dispatch team. On 02/04 I realised that it was taking too long for my medication to arrive and contacted Getadrip and was informed that they needed more information before they could send my Mounjaro. So why nobody email me before to ask this information or why I was sent an email saying the order was reviewed and approved by a clinician on the 29th?
And when I asked what happened and why and could not get an answer. Customer service only sent me script emails saying because of the Easter break my order was only going to be shipped on after the bank holiday.
I received the order today, 8th April, 4 days too late for my injection and not even an apology.
I do not recommend Getadrip to anyone, specially if you thinking of getting a subscription .
Update after response from Getadrip 17/04/26 - You clearly didn’t read my several messages and complaints. I only received the form 6 days after the prescription was ordered because I CHASED THE DELIVERY!!! And this is why I’m soooo frustrated and annoyed with the poor service and lack of customer support. No email was sent or even a message to let me know that a questionnaire needed to be filled for the order to be released. I’ve checked my account several times and there was nothing there until I asked in the chat where was my medication. Are you gonna still blame me or the Easter break???????????

Do not buy from them. I placed an order on 29-03, money was immediately taken out of account, and nothing since. I spoke with a customer services person who said they’ll dispatch after the Easter break and I’ll get it on the 07-4, but then again nothing. My order has been awaiting courier pick up since 30-04. No matter what you do, do not buy from this company

Unclear subscription and delayed dispatch
Not clear that you are signing up to a subscription, but was fairly easy to cancel this and still get the first order (hopefully!)
I say hopefully because my order has been stuck at the review stage since Monday, despite advice on the website stating this should be around 24 hours.
I have tried to “raise a ticket” with customer services but it doesn’t work, constantly asking me to check my email to verify but no email ever arrives (yes I have checked spam)
Rang customer services yesterday who told me they would escalate the order and it would be approved and put for dispatch yesterday, and this hasn’t happened either.
Due dose on Tuesday which now is going to be late.

Mixed experience with them
Charged me for subscription which I didn't realise I'd joined then a week after money was taken from my account, no sign of my prescription. But when I emailed them they did go through the process quickly
