I had ordered and reserved a 16'…

I had ordered and reserved a 16' storage unit to be delivered. The driver (who was super helpful and pleasant) contacted me and told me only 12' units were available. We ordered and reserved a 16' unit so I didn't completely understand what the mix up was so I called my contact and explained my predicament. She was of no use at all. Offered me no resolution and raised her voice during our conversation (I hope that was recorded). I asked to speak to a manager but no managers were on duty (it was a holiday weekend). I ended up taking the 12' because I needed something to store my boxes. However, after receiving the box, it was obvious it would not be big enough. I decided to call 1) To complain about my experience over the weekend and 2) See if I could speak with someone competent enough to offer a resolution for me. Julia was that person. She listened to what I had to say, she apologized and she offered me a resolution. She is the person who should be training your staff. Outstanding customer service. I'm writing this mainly so someone from the management team will read my review as I haven't been able to reach a manager on either of my calls. I'm also keeping this 3-star until my experience with Coolbox is completely over but if Julia is any sign of how service will be here on out, I'm sure I'll be changing this to 5-star.

These people are unbelievable

These people are unbelievable. I have simply asked for a receipt or a statement, anything that can tell me the total amount of $$$ I was charged. It’s a basic question yet one that Coolbox refuses to answer. I want to know what the charges were in total. I don’t understand what is so difficult. You guys charged my credit card multiple times per month, for over 6 months - please tell me the total amount charged for your service? Thank you.

The first time I got my portable box…

The first time I got my portable box the driver was not very helpful, he left the box facing the wrong way and I asked to turn it the other side and he said he didn’t have time because he was running late but he was park when I asked him. He said he was going to come back and do it and he never did. I called him to ask him when he was going to come back and he told me “im not coming back, you need to call the office and schedule for next week” it was very hard for us to move our stuff into the box since the door was facing my neighbors house and their parking. Picking my box and getting back to my new location was no problem.

The Best and the WORST

Our driver Steven was awesome, very professional and great communication, he was great but i can’t say the same for the office. I stored our contents with Coolbox for 6 months and don’t think it’s to much to ask for a printed statement showing what the total amount charged for their services came to. I’ve left several messages only to be blatantly ignored. Not cool at all, let alone professional. I would appreciate knowing the final amount so i could reconcile it with the many charges made to my credit card … not to much to ask, it’s just not

Seriously disappointed!

Best Service

I did a remodel and thought I’d give Cool Box a try. From the minute they answered the phone to the last call I made to pick up the container was a great experience. Quick and stress free through the whole process! The staff was very friendly and made it so easy. Even the driver that dropped and picked up the unit was great!
My son was moving from the south side to the North side of town and with a full time job and 3 kids he needed help! I immediately thought of Cool Box to help. The second time around using them was better than the first! To have a company be consistent with customer service is almost unheard of. We got into a pinch with the date to pick up and move to 2nd location and Estevan pulled off a miracle for me! He was kind and understood my dilemma. He “delivered”!! I highly recommend Cool Box. It’s a small price to pay for great customer service and convenience!!

We had a great experience with Cool…

We had a great experience with Cool Box. They delivered it to our house which was no easy feat; I was very impressed. There was a change of plans, so we ended up having to call them to pick the box up again and put it in long term storage. No problem. Then when we were ready for it to be delivered to our new house, I called and they cheerfully arranged to have it delivered again. The only problem was that Some of our furniture was pretty banged up, so the items should have been packed better.

It took a couple trys to get the…

It took a couple trys to get the container to our old residence to pack and a couple trys to get it picked up to deliver to our new residence, which cost you a star, but you made up for it but not charging for last empty pick up. But overall great customer service and value hence the repeat business and referral of services.

from start to finish ! Professional, Punctual, Accommodating, Flexable
Going beyond at every step. so Thankful ! Highly recommend and have referred to family and friends. I will differently use again.
