Started out well enough with a great price and prompt delivery. The issues came when I tried to get it delivered only to get a 2 week delay from the date I needed it. Also, these are definitely NOT water proof or sealed and after 5 months everything was covered in mold with visible water damage to the inside of the container and noticeable dents on the outside that were letting moisture and water in. Lots of of stuff was so water damaged we had to throw them out. So while it may be an insulated box, it really doesn’t matter because of the leaks and mold.

My driveway was damaged by the driver removing the container. Communication was poor. Driver was not on time on multiple occasions for pick up and drop off and either showed up several hours or even days late.

They did an excellent job. Appreciate their help.

Overall very pleased with the company and product. Box is reasonably insulated which I did notice when I was loading and unloading on a hot a day. Sometimes hard to get a hold of the office to schedule delivery or pickup and also 8am - 5pm delivery window doesn't help you free up the rest of your day but the driver does give you 30 min heads up and is on time when he says he's coming. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

From the very first call, I have had a wonderful experience with Cool Box. Kerri on the phone scheduling was so helpful- very professional and pleasant. Then exactly when she said, Brett ( who is amazing) showed up and delivered the Cool Box exactly where I wanted it (where the PODS people said it could not be placed). Then when it became clear I needed another, Kerri really went above and beyond. And of course, having an insulated storage box made a world of difference. The entire experience with Cool Box has been pleasure to work with. I will continue to use them and tell my friends. Thank you.

So happy we were able to work with CoolBox! Each customer service rep we spoke with were very kind and helpful. My only criticism is to make sure they communicate with you about scheduling each date that your CoolBox will be delivered and picked up from the beginning. This company is very professional, representatives were friendly, and their prices are a lot better than their competitors. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Cool Box was affordable and had great customer service. They moved my container across the state and stored my stuff while I looked for a new house. I highly recommend them for any portable storage needs.

Cool Box is a great idea! We chose the 20’ model which is supposed to accommodate the contents of a 3-4 bedroom home. We did not find this estimate to be accurate. We ended up having to also rent a UHaul for what was left over. The container smelled like mildew. We highly suggest booking drop off, transfers, and pickups in as much advance as possible, as appointments fill up fast.

Great product, great service! I needed a Cool Box for a couple of months during a remodel and it was so convenient!! I will definitely rent a Cool Box again next time I need temporary storage
