"took my money and made excuses and did…

"took my money and made excuses and did nothing then closed my account blamed me and i'm stuck with a bigger tax problem cause they took my money and did nothing for over 2 years. they got a great scam going.
i see what you wrote, we both know it's a lie, i have emails from you guts telling about hold up after hold up , nothing was ever completed till after i complained. you took the money and did nothing and it's cost me twice as much due to fee and interest, your a group of scammer and i still want my money back"

This company is a giant scam!!!

This company is a giant scam!!!
After paying, they promised my taxes will be ready in 2 weeks. It has been 3 months and I am still waiting. Here the list of communications i got from them.
After 2 weeks: It will be ready next week. Same communication after 3 and 4. Week 6: Ask additional information. Week 7 & 8 say it will be ready next week. week 9 say it s ready waiting for manager approval. Week 10: ask more additional information. Since that week say it will be ready asap. Just a joke!!!
