Be prepared to be persistent
UPDATE:
After my original review was published, I was finally contacted by Rosabella and given a full refund, with no requirement to return the unused product (as compensation for my frustrations). I am happy with this response, although still concerned that I had to resort to a negative review in order to get a response from them.
I have contacted them 3 times requesting a refund under their 90-day guarantee policy. They have NEVER responded! When I emailed with a product question in October, they responded the same day.
I have had serious bowel issues when using their product, so this is not a case of changing my mind. I have legitimate reasons why I cannot use their product, and now they are ignoring me. Beware!
