Shopify stored my payment information…

Shopify stored my payment information and submitted to this seller. When I received a bunch of click Yes to accept or decline all kinds of different offers, I simply closed out of the browser to avoid any more of what I considered fraudulently looking. I received a confirmation of a purchase I didn't make and told them I didn't authorize this purchase and if anything showed to cancel, and then did not realized until months later they had been charging me $49.99 for no product or service, and it was too late to get over $200 worth refunded by my credit card company. 100% scam company. Stay far away. Even when you reach out to them, they still charge you since you have no other recourse but to spend time and resources trying to dispute. Although I never provided credit card information, apparently when you access certain websites that use it, they have access to your payment on file. FRAUD!!!!

I am from Australia

I am from Australia. I ordered 2 phone charger plugs from clario home. They sent me the USA plug. The package was sent from within Australia but when I asked for a full refund Emma required me to return the plugs, at MY cost.... TO CHINA.
When I refused they offered me to keep the 2 plugs and get a 30% refund. I took that offer.
Then 2 days later I was charged $71 supposedly for membership. I have ordered that they cancel my membership and issue a full refund or I will be contacting authorities
The amount of people that get caught out in this company's scams must be huge
We need to get this company shut down.

Is my parcel with unwanted goods that I have sent to China from Ireland SEVERN MONTHS ago, still en-route to your warehouse for inspection before you refund me over $200 + postage as promised in the 40+ emails sent back and forth?

I think you scammed me as I get the same computer generated reply from you EVERY TIME I'VE SENT YOU AN EMAIL??

You promise time and time again to keep me posted, but you never reach out to me.

It took my Clario order +- 3-weeks to reach me in Ireland, yet returning it to China who in return have to ship it to you for "inspection" takes almost a year??

LIES, LIES, LIES & excuses upon excuses to NOT refund me??

Keep your written promises and REFUND ME MY MONEY. I'M OUT OF POCKET WITH NO PRODUCTS TO SHOW FORBIT! 😡😡😡😡

Your lack of customer care leaves a bitter taste in one's mouth.

Do your job and track my parcel from China to your warehouse and REFUND ME!!!

Bogus membership and charges

I ordered one charger and received three, which I thought was a mistake, but paid for. An email receipt said a ‘membership’ was included, but when I clicked on it, nothing came up. I did not intentionally suscribe to anything. But two extra charges came up the following months that I did not what they were for and I received no compensation for them. I disputed the charges but A______ said they couldn’t reimburse because it was for a suscription, which I didn’t make. I have messaged them and asked to be ‘removed’ or unsuscribed, but no response yet. Bogus charges.

I ordered an item from Clario Home and…

I ordered an item from Clario Home and before I knew it, I was enrolled in a membership for $49.99 a month that I never asked for or wanted. I tried to call multiple times and they kept hanging up on me. I then cancelled the membership online and called my credit card company which is disputing the charges. This company is scamming customers so I advise everyone to stay away from this company. They are bad news.

My elderly mom tried to buy a heart…

My elderly mom tried to buy a heart monitor. She received 5 and was charged for them all, as well as some monthly subscription. We had no contact from customer support. Absolutely shady and no integrity. We had to call fraud alert on our credit card to get the subscriptions to stop. This is an absolute scam, predatory toward the digital illiterate, and downright evil. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE BOTTOMFEEDERS.

This company is despicable

This company is despicable. No conscience on the fraud they are perpetrating on unsuspecting buyers.
I, too, have been scammed with their "membership subscription" after purchasing a multi-charging device and car charger. The number of products was doubled. Within minutes, I contacted them of the error. They said it was already processed, and I should return what I felt was incorrect.
Today, 6 weeks later at 12:03 am, I get a fraud alert and in the morning a call from my credit card fraud department. The card has been canceled, which causes the undo stress that goes along with it. I went to the website and find I have an auto charge for a subscription. I have canceled my membership and sent an email I doubt will ever be responded to.
There are more and more of these silent monthly auto charges being written into the small print.

Their “warranty” is crap

Received a phone charger for my car that started to smoke and blow up after only a few times using it. I had bought the extended warranty. Contacted the company and they refused to refund me unless I paid for the return shipping and had original packaging. I didn’t have the original packaging anymore. So they said they could offer a 30% refund and that’s the best they could do. The warranty states they offer 100% refund or free exchange on defective items” NO mention of costumer being responsible for return shipping or partial refund. But CLEARLY this is all a load of crap. They said because they are a small company they don’t pay for return shipping and it’s up to the customer to pay for this. Feel like I’ve been completely ripped off.

An absolute scam company

An absolute scam company. I ordered one charger and was sent and charged for 5. Then I was charged for import duty and when zi returned them (to China at my expense) the charged me again and I cancelled my card..don't deal with then, absolute thiefs.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. I ordered one radar detector and they send me 3 and charged my credit card for 3. I wrote to customer service and they tried to make believe I ordered 3. Emma in customer service she would give me a 50 percent discount which she did. 2 days latter she rechanged my credit back the discount price of 49.49 back to my credit card after we agreed on the 50 percent discount. I asked for return address and so far she refused. I let my credit card company take over from here. Stay away from Clariohome. Very bad. Need to be reported to BBB or FTC. They are scamming a lot of customers.

I ORDERED TWO KEY PROTECTORS AND RECIEVED 11. I HAVE BEEN TRYING BY E-MAIL TO GET AN ADDRESS WHERE I CAN RETURN THE 9 UNWANTED ITEMS AND I SEEM TO BE GETTING THE RUNAROUND! IF THIS IS HOW THEY CONDUCT BUSINESS THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU SHOULD BE ALERTED.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! I ordered just one Hypercharger device from Clario Home. They added 3 more of them to my order without my permission. Who needs 3 more of them? This is how they conduct their "unlawful" business marketing?? Who knows? For Clario Home, it's all about profits and nothing else.
I'm going to let the FTC and other federal authorities, as well as the state's Secretary of State and state's Attorney General have a look at Clario Home business practices. The more victims contacting these authorities, the better.

Honesty and good customer service.

I order 2 safe keys, I ended up with a total of 7 safe keys and 6 safe cards and a membership that I didn't enroll in. When you try to call all you get is a recording and then it hangs up on you. I have sent several emails and the response is customer service will get back with you with 24 hours and I'm still waiting on a call back, I cancelled the order within 24 hours which the site states you can, but they came back and said it was already shipped. When you get the package there is no return address and no order sheet in the package. Please do not order from this company since it is a scam and you probably will not get your money back. I didn't even sign up for a membership and they just added to the card at a later date. Watch you credit card/bank card if you use them to pay. I will never order online again. Worse experience I have ever had.

I wish I could give no stars.
I foolishly ordered I heart monitor, only to receive a receipt informing me that I had paid for my heart monitor, 3 more heart monitors and had entered into a monthly subscription. All completely bogus.
I have cancelled the order as I am entitled to under my consumer protection rights but unfortunately the items are already on their way. I have specifically asked that they not be delivered to my address, but have zero confidence in this company. I await further developments but I am already heavily out of pocket.
I'll be back with an update.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. I ordered 1 charger from them, when I got to check out I had 3 chargers on my order, I cancelled and backed out of the order and never submitted it. Then I received shipment of the 3 chargers, I called them and they said to return it, when I returned it to the shipping address, it was undeliverable, they then gave me and address in China, in which I shipped it back to them. I have not received a credit for what I returned, then I found a monthly $29.99 membership fee they were charging on my credit card for last 5 months. I have turned this over to Amex for resolution.

I ordered one item and they added three…

I ordered one item and they added three more that I did not want. I specifically selected "NO" for the upsell items. As soon as I was sent an invoice, I requested (numerous times) a return address, so I could send the package back. I never received a return address over a period of nearly a month. They just kept sending emails saying they were there for support. The charges are over $150. I refused the delivery and filed a complaint with my bankcard.
