Ordered a single knife, order changed to two, invoiced for two and two shipped.
Complained, told that mistake had been corrected and refund had been processed in 3-5 days. Still waiting for money one month later.
Knives about as sharp as a teaspoon, absolutely useless.
Tried to return for refund, but not having received earlier promised refund don't believe money would be forthcoming.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING OFF THESE PEOPLE.

Trustpilot on behalf of Huusk knives have asked for me to provide more details to better “understand” my experience my name reference and phone number etc these they have already been provided with at the previous point of sale and as they are still ringing me they have my number. The Huusk sales numbers that called me most recently were 0118 464 0443 and 0161 394 1332 “ Charlotte”.
Trustpilot say unless I provide the above my review below may be taken down and have sent me a reminder. The whole purpose of this was NOT TO HAVE ANY FURTHER CONTACT FROM HUUSK!!!. I am not after a refund or an apology etc just no more sales pitches from them the latest being 4 months after the sale last week . Trustpilot have not provided any other means for me to make this point which I hope by now is self explanatory.

Ordered through Klarna, but only received half the order. You claim that everything has been delivered. Klarna is taking the side of the store here. Support will not sort it out after 10 emails. Constantly new support agents. This is scam and fraud at a high level. I also have pictures of the package where it says that 3 knives are not in the package. Stay away. The big problem is that huusk say that i recived all order in One package. They say i lie and had got my knifes. I have photos of what it say on the package, its easy to say that faktura say its all there. But its not. Soon 2 mounth i argue with huusk, always a new agent promising to send new and fix all. But nothing happened. I can see many having the same problem aldo the the quality of knifes are verry bad. Value of it should be 10 $ each max. Case closed. I got my knifes. But quality? No

We have been waiting over 3 weeks for 2 Husk Knives. We ordered them directly from the company and we have sent emails and heard nothing. We have had 1 phone call from them asking if we would like to order any thing I just said to actually receive our order we have been waiting over 3 weeks for the phone cut off. Don't waste your time
From the start, this company have been appalling. My daughter ordered them for me as a Christmas gift. They took over a month to arrive! this should have been enough of a red flag to just send them back. Now, the blade is shaped in a way that looks good, but totally useless in the kitchen. then after 40 days, I noticed the handle is coming away from the blade. Now, it's not from using it, as it's not out of the drawer that much so it's down to very poor craftsmanship.
I would stay well clear and find some other Knife that will last. overpriced and seriously not worth it.

Unhygienic?
Why would you want a textured spine to a blade used in a kitchen environment? Granted they're regularly washed, but it's ideal for harbouring germs if you're not on the ball. Ridiculous design imo.

I ordered 2 knives on 2 February this year do far I have not received them. I called to find out when i will be receiving them could not tell me despite website saying 5 to 7 days. Again I asked when I would receive them again did not know was told we have been so busy we did not know they would be so popular. He did say he would get them out as soon as possible. Why not change the target on the website and also change the telephone number as it is unobtainable

This company repeatedly bombarding me with emails I have unsubscribed countless times and marked as junk countless times and yet this still persist. It's incredibly difficult to even contact them online otherwise I would have done so, and instead I'm hoping this might get their attention because they have no right to keep using my info when I've requested them to stop. If they're this difficult to contact, I dread to think what their customer service would be like if you needed to
make contact after purchase.
Update after their reply: insult to injury. Generic reply, you can't make contact using their form as they're all automated. Their response was no answer to my complaint. Then today, after unsubscribing numerous times, they have sent more junk emails! I am at a loss how to stop this. Definitely avoid purchasing from this company, and beware because if you have any post purchased problems, it is very hard to make contact

No knives should be sold on line
I do not think these knives should be advertised in light of the knife crime in the UK. If someone wants a knife they will go to a shop and buy one. Also all knives should be sold with no point on the end of the blade. Secondly you should not be able to buy knives on line shop only. I do not agree with the video and how they sell these lives.

These knives seem identical to other knives sold on Facebook with different names. They push the Japanese origin, but they are shipped from China. I suspect they are all produced in the same factory in China!

Beware of continued nuisance calls.
The knives are ok. The look good and perform reasonably well. They are initially very sharp but soon lose their edge and are difficult to sharpen.
I would recommend however ordering from Amazon or some other outlet and not from Huusk direct due to their relentless persistence in trying to sell you additional products, including more of the same knives.
I have constant sales calls despite telling every caller to remove my number from their database and they also keep emailing me which I'm unable to stop via the normal spam channels.
Update: Thank you for your response. Ironically within 4 hours of submitting my review I was contacted by your team via my mobile and they tried to sell me additional knives, despite me telling them that I didn't require any more and I again asked them to delete my contact details from your database.

Issue resolved by Customer Service
After leaving 1 star review I was contacted by the Head of Customer services who accepted that I had not been treated properly. I was given my money back for all the knife cases including the one I didn’t return which I was happy about. Shame it took 33 emails and a 1 star review for this to come to a satisfactory end.
The website for purchasing goods needs to be looked at as it adds orders without you realising until your payment has been processed! Also the returns procedure needs simplifying as it is complicated especially when the incorrect returns address is given!
I do like the Knife and leather case though and it very sharp so don’t understand other reviews that say it isn’t.
Got there in the end.
