Horrible Website, should be considered a SCAM

Horrible company! how is this even a legit ecommerce website, i actually consider this website a SCAM!!!! I ordered 3 items and only 1 item was delivered. Furthermore I am ashamed due to the fact i ordered something to be sent to a close friend of mine, who lost his mother. I purchased a card and had written a note expressing my condolences which in fact was never received or sent to my friend. How is that even possible? I wrote them an email and called, and like the other reviews mentioned no one responded. What is there to do, as it was already paid? Truly feels like i got scammed and someone stole money out of my pocket.
