Amazing experience! We were a group of 9 ranging from 8 -70 years and the staff were excellent in looking after us, making sure that we all got the most from the experience and that we all had loads of fun. Definitely recommend to any age and ability.

Recently booked to go Quadbiking...After a short instruction we then proceeded to the outdoor woodland track....Had a great experience, would definitely recommend....In fact have booked to go again next week,lol...Great friendly instructors...

Terrible service. Booked to do a VR activity, waited for 2 days for the payment to process as they needed to authorise it.

After I had a response saying that the event was then cancelled and changed to a different name, I then agreed to do this. After another day, they got back to me to then say it is fully booked!?

No empathy on the fact I have people travelling to complete the activity and no offer to do anything else.

Brilliant experience for a family quad trek. The staff were all friendly, especially Liam who took care of us on our quad bike ride. The quad course and the scenery was beautiful. Our 8 year old loved it, the adults just as much! Very pleased with the equipment, quads, and protective clothing etc all included in the price.

We had an amazing time. We decided to go white water rafting for my hen due. The staff were all lovely, and "Still Rory" was a great instructor and entertainer, we didn't stop giggling, bar a couple of screams here and there (but it was all apart of the fun). We would definitely recommend it and can't wait to go again. Thank you :)

Excellent day out Quad Biking with my 12 year old grandson. Tuition and bikes were excellent, safety was superb, highly recommend this company. Will most definitely be back!

Tried booking, prices are an absolute scam. They advertise a 'Family Experience' at £39.99, as you book the price then rises to £39.99 for each pair (2 x kids, 2 x adults) then the final price is £39.99 per person, plus a booking fee. Hugely misleading. Glad I then did more research, so many bad reviews over so many review sites.

Poor response (see below). Your website clearly states 'Family Experience from £39.99', deliberately misleading as you cannot get a 'family' booking for that price. It should state 'per person' and you are aware of that.

As you choose not to at least be honest in your response, let's go have some fun on Facebook, lots of people to see your responses there! I have over 200,000+ followers on a group page. So, looks like our chat is just getting started!!

We booked an extended flight for my husband’s 50th birthday. We thoroughly enjoyed the experIence from start to finish. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, the safety advice was given with a sense of humour and any nerves were quickly diminished. The flight itself was spectacular and we would highly recommend booking one.

We had an absolute ball! Thoroughly enjoyed it, the instructor was brilliant, very informative but fun with it. We got practise time and competing time. Will definitely be going again with other members of the family. This was bought for us as a gift and would recommend it for all ages

Our instructor was Rory. Had a great time with him, really patient and relaxed instructor with a great sense of humour.

We had a great time never done SUP before and our instructor Sapphire was excellent and very patient with us would recommend to anyone to give it a go

Only suggestion would be is to have one smaller helmet available as even though the helmets are adjustable it was still pretty wobbly on my wee head

There was some confusion with the location of the activity. You offered an alternative location which i accepted but then continued to send me emails saying go to the initial location, including the day before. This obviously resulted in me taking 12 people to the wrong location, wasting 50 pounds in taxi fare and annoying everyone. Thankfully the instructor was brilliant and allowed us to keep going for another 15 mins. The person that i spoke to on the phone was very quick to put the blame on me, saying that i had accepted the new location, this obviously happens all of the time as he was sooo quick to say it. This does not excuse your terrible booking system, if you send an email to someone the day before, they will go there. I dont have time to go digging through old emails

What a waste of time. I tried to book family quad biking for Fathers Day and this got cancelled because my eldest is over 13 and apparently you can't have 3 adults doing it. Next I tried to book paintballing and got a call to say that they couldn't take the booking as we weren't 8 people and it was my fault I hadn't read the website properly.

An absolute shambles of customer service. I do not recommend
