After weeks of research I contacted GES on recommendation of a neighbour and they instantly matched the best quotation I received from another company after multiple negotiations. After research I wanted a 16 panel Tesla system and found GES were the only solar company in Wales which were an approved Tesla installation company. There was a one day delay on scaffolders and 2 day delay on solar install due to delays on their side but this was communicated. After install I identified that the generation was not as expected on a clear day and informed them about this who then investigated and sent their Tesla SME to investigate. This was corrected and the same technician came back out to confirm it was not working as expected. Happy with quality of install and the personnel at the company. They also expressed this is not a set and forget install and happy to help with any further concerns.

I had an issue with certification of my meter as it had been previously changed but not certified with the MCS. My original contact with GEP was not as positive as I had hoped. I contacted them again earlier this month their employee Sean has been excellent throughout with his communication and has finally been able to get my problem certification resolved. I cannot express how much this has been appreciated by my wife and I. Cheers Sean keep up the good work.

Sales Rep. (Andy) was very thorough and concluded the best system for my needs, no pressure sales at all.
Office staff (Harriet) was very supportive and patient with me as I could not accommodate installation until some months after agreeing to proceed.
Installation Team (Jack, Rhys & Billy) turned up at 8am sharp as promised and explained the works they were carrying out, advising it would be fully installed that day (12 Solar Panels and 3 Batteries), the guys were very polite, knowledgeable, helpful, clean and tidy. Immediately started work and finished by 4:30pm. Delivered a fantastic job, their attention to detail was flawless and they managed the cable runs to ensure visibility was minimal (the wife is super fussy).
Strongly recommend GES, you’ll be hard pushed to beat them. I can’t recall having dealt with a better company.

Fast solution to our problem

I first went to Green Energy Power Solutions 12 years ago. What a fantastic company they were then and what an amazing company they are still today. I had a problem with my Inverter and they literally had an engineer at my house asap to sort it out. In fact they would have been even quicker if I could have been there myself! The engineer was superb. In and out problem sorted in no time. Very friendly, very efficient and very clean and tidy.
I cannot recommend this company enough they truly are amazing all round.

What a great company from Sean giving me an initial quote answering all questions, having time and being polite, to Steve who came to complete my home survey knowledgeable and non pushy to Edward who came to do the installation thoughtful and thorough.
To have solar panels fitted to my home seemed so daunting due to not having much knowledge and parting with a considerable amount of money, I felt comfortable with this company who would answer my many questions before during and after instal. They have very competitive prices (when I looked at other initial quotes for similar work, prices were almost double) however this competitive price does not effect the end result. Great work and professionalism throughout. Installation took a day and a bit and I am so happy with the end result.
You are in safe hands with this company, no regrets.

Our solar panels were installed in 2015, but needed the MCS Certificate so as to claim the export tariff. Shaun was on the ball, and after checking security credentials, emailed certicate within 10 mins. Cheers...

Thanks Edward for helping my Dad sort his solar panels, he's a pensioner who has to watch his bills especially at this time of year and the panels provide him free electricity during the day which helps him to manage.

Despite my panels being 11 years old Sean immediately located the certificate that I needed and emailed it to me straight away!

I had an issue with my Solar Panel which had been installed by this company back in 2015, they sent out an engineer (Edward) within a week to assess the issue, and even checked with the manufacturer of the faulty item (the inverter) whether it was still covered under warranty (despite it being 9 years old) and thankfully it was - they arrange to come back the next day and removed the fault part and replaced the new one, Edward was polite and explained what the issue had been in terms that I understood.

Green power energy solutions fitted my solar panels and inverter in 2015 . Had to contact them in 2019 as we were uncertain that after our service provider fitted a new smart meter that we were benefiting from the solar panels for our domestic usage . The engineer was very thorough and checked all the connections for us . Recently the inverter kept tripping and the engineer came to check the system . We needed a new inverter . The position of the inverter is difficuilt to access and some accidental damage was caused to the central heating pipes that crossed in that vicinity .Reluctantly we had to complain regarding the damage .A comprehensive investigation was conducted and we were quickly reimbursed for the unfortunate incident .The whole situation was handled with sensitivity , due deligence and ,in a professional manner . We have no hesitation in having the same engineer to work in our house again should the need arise . He is a highly proficient engineer and his experience was very unfortunate given the circumstances .

I tried several companies to inspect my solar panels as I knew they were under performing. GEP responded positively immediately. Within a week Ed attended and carried out a comprehensive inspection. He was great. He found the problem, had the part on the van and sorted me a fair price. Ed did the install and left me totally satisfied with the job and his customer service. Keep up
