Poor quality shoes and even worse customer service. I recently purchased (September 2025) multiple pairs of suede and leather slingbacks. One of the pairs which have only worn twice has started to pee... See more

Worst company and customer service…
Worst company and customer service ever!!!!!!!!!!!!! They make British Airways customer service seem admirable. Ordered shoes over a week a go, called the company a day after they were meant to have arrived and was told they would follow up with the warehouse and get back to me by email. No on was in touch, and my email communication to them was also ignored. Called back 2 days later, and was told the order had been cancelled, although they had sent no email to tell me as such. Now trying to get my money back. What a joke of a company! look elsewhere to buy your shoes

£140 shoes .. no help they couldn’t care less do not buy from GEOX OH AND THE MOST UNCOMFORTABLE SHOES EVER DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY
DO NOT SHOP IN OXFORD STREET GEOX. NASTY MANAGEMENT!
Bought a pair of shoes on a busy Saturday afternoon in Oxford Street and told the assistant I would try them at home again (as I have a medical foot problem). The shoes did not fit and when I went to return them in Oxford Street got the rudest and nastiest assistant. I called the Geox office (which is not in London) and they gave me the 'run around' . I had 6 people answering my emails and all saying 'tell us more' about your experience. They asked me for photographs of the shoes - I sent 35! I made around 20 phone calls all giving me different answers. I wrote around 20 emails and got answers from all different people and evading the fact that I had a nasty and rude supervisor in Geox Oxford Street (the manager, Nico, said she was nice but he was equally rude!).
In the end I spoke to a lovely manager and his assistant in Covent garden Geox and they helped me. Also one office worker called Marina.
Terrible service Oxford Street Geox, will never shop there again.

My local branch is Kensington High Street, the shop assistants are super helpful, professional and polite.
I needed to change a pair of shoes and could not find my receipt. However, as I’d registered with Geox club, they found my purchase history and offered me a refund exchange or credit note.
I cannot fault them, 5 ⭐️

Horrible return service!!!! Such a struggle with UPS probably will never order Geox again!!!
Zero Customer Service
I recently visited the Geox Store on Oxford Street, and I am extremely disappointed with the experience. The customer service was abysmal from start to finish. The staff were unhelpful, rude, and seemed entirely uninterested in assisting customers.
I spent a considerable amount of time trying to get someone's attention, I felt ignored. When I finally did get help, the employee was dismissive and made me feel like I was a bother rather than a valued customer.
To make matters worse, I gave my feedback to one of the staff members about the lack of attentiveness of the staff , her attitude towards the feedback was neither acknowledging neither responding. Given the reputation Geox is supposed to have, this was truly a letdown.
I left the store feeling frustrated and will not be returning. I advise others to avoid this location if they are looking for decent customer service .
Italian number which can't be dialled from NL
Italian toll free customer service number provided for Netherlands website which can't be dialled from the Netherlands, even by changing to international format. Wrote to them, no answer. Impossible to get a hold of them. Will file a complaint with the Customer Complaints Ombudsman.
Abhorrent service
Abhorrent service
I ordered a pair of Brogues from the Geox store online (on sale) for £112.
The fitting was terrible and blisters began to form on the back of both feet from friction after 1 day of use. I have reached out to customer service via phone, who are located in Spain. They advised me to email them photos of the shoes and my blisters and I still have not received any response whatsoever.
Definitely will be the first and last purchase from Geox. Extremely dissatisfied.
Sandals.I purchased sandals last week…
I purchased sandals last week unfortunately they are unsuitable. I have reached out now twice to customer service for help returning the sandals, as the link isn't working. They sent a barcode I have travelled now to 2 shops to try to use the barcode without success. The customer service dept are APPALLING. Please don't buy from his Company they won't help you
Hopeless customer service
Im trying to get them to send me a returns label. It's not convenient to return via UPS as there is not an office in my area and I want to choose my own courier. I've messaged them twice and still had no reply. Their customer call line is in Barcelona and so called 'live chat' doesn't seem to exist.
Note to self - never use Geox again
Terrible shoes
Terrible shoes, so uncomfortable that i have chucked them in a charity bag. They hurt in so many areas, stretching would have not worked. Poorly made, even the buckled dug into my ankles. Will never buy this over priced, poorly designed and manufactured range again!
Avoid!!
Avoid!!! This company sent me trainers in a poor condition and have point blanked refined to help me, even with evidence. I will never use this company again !
Customer Service Ignores Complaints
I bought a pair of Aerantis shoes this spring before taking a trip to Europe. The sole came unglued after about a week of moderate walking. I asked Geox for a replacement or refund and sent them pictures. After they gave me the runaround for a month (‘we escalated this to the proper office”, “please, trust the process”), they stopped responding to my emails. The shoe was good while it lasted, but Geox doesn’t stand by their products and their customer service is horrible, even if you are a repeat customer. If something goes wrong, you are on your own. I expected better from a company at this level. By the way, Geox, my claim number is O8IL5R1 (just in case you are tempted to claim that you have no record of me as a customer). I may pursue them in small claims court, their lawyers fees will probably exceed the cost of doing what is right.
Impossible to return anything
Impossible to return anything . They do not answer calls ignore my emails very disappointed
Sole coming away
Bought pair of Geox trainers a matter of months ago - haven't run in them or covered excessive mileage, but already one sole is peeling itself away from the shoe. Poor manufacturing. Needless to say, I won't be buying Geox again.
I bought a pair of shoes from Geox…
I bought a pair of shoes from Geox which arrived with a snapped lace lace that cant easily be replaced. They told me to get the print off and drop at a UPS point. I did as advised and the shoes didnt arrive at Geox. They told me to deal with UPS and are basically not interested in sorting this out.
Horrible for international orders
Horrible for international orders. They work with UPS, which provides no help. If you need your package in a week, go for the express option right away. My package is 6 km away from me right now and I cannot receive my package on time before I leave the country. No one can even guarantee to that my package will be sent back. Total waste of money. Total waste of time.
quality decline…
I bought the Spherica man's shoe online having been pleased with previous products over the years. This shoe was a major disappointment.Looks as if it was printed not crafted.Made in Myanmar.must have cost a dollar to manufacture and looks like it.Goodbye Geox., a brand in terminal decline
I bought a few years ago a pair of…
I bought a few years ago a pair of beautiful shoes. I didn't kept the receipt more than one year, as the ink simply gone from paper.
2 months ago I went to an event with my beautiful shoes and in a few hours, they start disintegrate on the carpet. I wrote to the company and after 2 months they said that they are too old and this is the reason why it happened!!!
So, I bought an expensive pair of shoes, wearing them a few rimes and now I can throw them to bin.
I will never ever buy something from Geox, that is for sure!
