Made unauthorized payments on a loan that is not in my name and refused to refund the money. Go with another credit union, this one has been on the decline for years. I am tired of being lied to and having my money stolen.
Representatives are VERY condescending and prioritize getting through a queue than actually solving your problem. This is both over the phone and in-person.
