Be aware because you don’t know that you are subscribing to a company that you can’t seem to be able to unsubscribe to
And it’s not a good service as well
I’ve blocked all payments to them

Tried this system and after 24 hours tried for refund. They said they would refund me, but now site seems to be down.

SCAM SCAM SCAM paid 50pence to try and help locate my step daughters phone there was no contact to sign up for they couldn’t find the phone and just found out they have been taking £34 a month out of my bank for the past 3 months I wasn’t sure at first , thought I might have signed up for something and had forgotten but when I went to their sight to enter my one and only email address I couldn’t log into their site had to contact bank to stop it please don’t get robbed and avoid like the plague they are

FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD. Do not give you tracking details they say they will of your phone. Then con you and sign you into a £34 a month subscription that you didn’t know about or agree to. Email they don’t reply. Phone they don’t answer. DO NOT USE. Put a block on your card and cancel it.

Took 81.44 from my account never even signed up with this scamming rats

I wrote a review a while back, This company took money out of my current account and credit card account after I cancelled. If this happens to you contact your bank and credit card people. They will refund and stop recurring payments. This a SCAM SCAM company do not use they did not even find my phone

This site is a scam. NO way to cancel.

This company is a scam and should be brought down. It shouldn’t even be online. You can’t cancel the subscription because it says ’can’t recognize email’ but they can recognize my account details enough to take money from it. You bunch of fraudulent people. Karma is gon catch up with you guys. Taking away money from people’s account because they needed help. Your days are numbered.

Please please be warned ⚠️ Do not use this service or pay the 50p charge! It is 100% fraudulent and they are exploiting your vulnerability and preying on your desperation and panic when you are trying to locate your phone. They know full well that you are not paying attention to any small print or likely to read their terms and conditions. As such, it legitimises their sneaky and underhand activity. Paying them 50p automatically opts you into a subscription whereby they subsequently take £34 from your card. Had it not been for the eagle eyed fraud department at my bank, I would have been out of pocket. I've had to cancel my card in order to stop them taking future payments.

Fraudsters!! I would give zero stars if I could. Please don't enter your card details on their site. Everything is setup to trick you. No email or text message telling you that you've subscribed to their service.They took £34 from my account two days after paying for a 50p service which didn't even work. Instead of tracking a phone, they just send a text message to the phone. How does that help you locate a lost phone?

Absolutely terrible, I used this as a one off as my brothers phone was stolen. I rang the day after and explained, that if I was subscribed automatically to cancel my subscription of £29.40. I rang today to say that I can see on my account that £29.40 was pending. I rang again to speak to them, I was told I wasn't subscribed. This website is clearly a SCAM!!!

Terrible experience do not go anywhere near them. Used their 50p service to locate a lost phone - all they did was send a message to the lost phone to say it was lost. Ridiculous. In addition I then found they removed an additional £29 from my bank account stating I had subscribed to them and this was a monthly fee - not sure what their fee is for. However they claim as I did not cancel the monthly subsciption within 48 hours then they are able to make this claim. I have read reviews where even if you cancel they still charge you - and keep charging you. Nothing but scammers. I would not even give them 1 star if I didnt have to.

I received an email stating that geo-net.mobi had cancelled my subscription on 13/12/22 but they have subsequently charged me two further months subscriptions and do not reply to my emails querying this.
