This was the first time that I had placed an order with GenuineDrugs123, but I would happily use them again should I need to. I have been on medication supplied by the UK NHS and prescribed by an NHS consultant for about 24 years. My local pharmacies ran out of this particular medication for several weeks and after searching on-line I ordered similar medication from GenuineDrugs123, which they had available in stock. The shipping charges from their supplier in Turkey seemed a bit high, but I felt that that was an acceptable price to pay to continue with tablets which my local pharmacies were unable to provide. The medication was sent promptly from their supplier, but then confiscated in transit by UK customs. The customs authority had not yet informed me of the confiscation, and without the necessary documentation from them I am unable to appeal their action. GenuineDrugs123 informed me that the medication had been confiscated and immediately despatched a second parcel at their own expense. This safely arrived quickly by post. Jane and Cathy, from GenuineDrugs123, kept me fully informed of the progress of the order and answered any questions that I had, for which I am genuinely grateful.
