We Love Our Fantasia!!

I ordered the Fantasia for my partner and the ring was even prettier in person. The inscription that I requested looked amazing, and the size was exactly what we needed. We can't be more happy with the ring, and for the price, it's a lovely addition to his other prized possessions. I am not sure why others had issues with Gentlebands but I would recommend them to anyone. I just wish they had bands that are thicker and more geared for women, because I would buy one in a heartbeat!!

I have had a fantastic experience with…

I have had a fantastic experience with Gentlebands. Their customer service has been second to none. I had my rings within 9 days & they both needed resizing. They replaced them within another 9 days at no extra cost. The quality is amazing and they are really comfortable to wear. I gave their details to my Celebrant to pass on to others.

GENTLEBANDS I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I am very shocked reading some of the bad reviews more so, as they are quite recent!

I'm from the UK.

I ordered my first ring, The Planet, it arrived too small and to be honest it looked nothing like the picture.

So I asked for the correct size, but wanted a different ring style.

The customer service was second to none, very impressed!!

They said keep the current ring, and let me choose another The Gavotte.

The Gavotte was less, so they refunded me the difference and sent out 2:

One 10.25 - UK T
One 10.75 - UK U

The ring is exactly as it looks in the picture!!!

Just a heads up my journey took from the 26th Dec 2024 till 22nd Jan 2025

So I do not recommend using their ring sizer.

Instead go to a jeweller and get your ring size!

Customer service

I cancelled my order, ended up getting a ring that I originally bought. Didn’t get to see the actually ring so Can’t comment on the product. but the customer service was spot on and I got a refund straight away. No fuss

No resizing

Sent out a size 13 band. Claiming that's the most common. We'll I'm a 9 so it doesn't fit. They said keep it and we will send out a size 9. We'll weeks have gone by and no size 9 just an endless run around about it's being carefully meticulously hand crafted. We haven't seen our replacement and it's now been months

Great Customer Service!

I ordered the "The Promise" as a Christmas gift for my husband. He loved the ring, but I'd ordered the wrong size. Totally my bad! Sarah in customer service assisted me in getting the right size very quickly, even over the holidays. I just can't say enough about the quality of the ring, and the excellent customer service!

If we could give a zero star we would

If we could give a zero star we would. My fiancé ordered a ring from this site, the listing had 6 pictures of the exact same ring with NO disclosure that the ring you receive may not be the one pictured. When he received the ring, it was completely different than what was pictured and looked like it was made of cheap plywood on the inside. Horrible quality and hideous. In contacting them, after a week of waiting, they told us that was the ring he ordered and that evidently they come in “variations” (meaning we’ll send you whatever ring we feel like, NOT the ring you chose and paid for) and he can exchange it for a different ring if he doesn’t like it. Why would you have 6 pictures of the exact same ring on the listing when chances are you will get something nothing like that?! The listing also advertises free, no questions asked, 30 days refunds which they aren’t offering. This company is dishonest and shady and from the looks of their reviews on SEVERAL different websites, it’s clear most people had the same horrible experience as we did. We have now had to file this as a fraudulent charge with our bank and I will be contacting the BBB and as well as writing this review on any and every platform I can find. BUYER BEWARE. This company is a scam!!!!

Wonderful experience.

This company has been nothing short of amazing. I got my ring size wrong twice and so they have now sent me two new rings for free. The customer service is exceptional and they get back to you very quickly. I wish all companies were like this.

I placed an order and have then became…

I placed an order and have then became worried when I did not receive any email confirmation. The wrong cost was also taken, it should have been 80 but 100 was removed from my account.

I have now entered a cancellation request via email as there is not an option on the website. I have seen the website is quite responsive on here and should I receive my refund I will happily raise from a 1*, however the difficulty in canceling, the concerns over legitimacy and the wrong charge being made currently warrants a 1*.

Do not buy off this company

Was going to get a ring from this company but all seemed to good to be true placed the order had no confirmation email of order, then checks out here n trust poilet of the bad reviews of this company.

Managed to get in touch to get the order cancelled which they did and refunded me in full to then have the cheek to try and take the money again off me when I had no order in place with them.

Left with the fraud team, such a fraud company and the customer service is not much better.

Great quality and Amazing customer service

I bought my husband a ring and it came quickly. I ordered the wrong size, and they replaced it no problem at all. I also requested a different style which they were able to do as well. The replacement ring arrived quickly as well. The ring is perfect size, great quality, and beautiful in person. My husband loves his ring! And to top it off, the customer service received was spectacular!

Not a chatbot or AI and very understanding

I brought from here after seeing a friends rings which was the same as the picture on the website. Having read other reveiws was quite amazed at some of the bad feedback, my experince was excellent there was delivery issues with yodel losing my rings so contact customer service and got reply to some very precise questions which no AI or chatbot would be able to answer. As yodel messed up I was issued with a refund as I had a medical emergency to attend and the replacement offered would not arrive in time. The compassion shown would have been impossible to be generated by AI ... all in all a very positive experience with this company and hopefully will buy again if all goes well .

Seemingly not who they advertise to be!

Firstly - I did not actually purchase a ring from them so to be clear I did not see the ring I was interested in other than from pictures.
However - after reading reviews about Gentlebands it prompted my to do a google lens search of the ring I was going to but from them. This resulted in me finding a Etsy seller who had the exact same pictures as shown on Gentlebands website (plus many more clearly taken at the same time). I emailed Gentlebands customer service to raise my concerns. To be fair I got a prompt reply which stated:
"We Gentlebands are a company dedicated to designing and producing unique meteorite fragment jewelry. All of our product images are taken by our professional photographers internally, ensuring the authenticity and quality of the images."
I returned an email to this asking if they had a different picture they could return of the ring with perhaps something which could tie it to them (their logo or card etc).
The next day they did provide an image which (to me) confirmed my fears that they are producing cheaper quality replicas of other sellers products (whilst using images they have not produced to sell them). For info - the one on Etsy was four times the price of the one they are advertising (and the difference in quality showed as to why!).
I would definitely do your own research before deciding to purchase from this company.

Maybe not a scam per se, but as close as it comes without totally stealing. A sub-par product, misleading website, and AI "customer service" named "Sarah." Good luck getting a refund, despite the promise on the website. I'm just glad I used my Amex card and was able to dispute the charge. STAY AWAY

Excellent ring

The Mrs finally bought me back an engagement ring so I took a chance and have been very pleased with my ring ! It looks like the pictures on the website and fitted perfectly with great engraving inside the band ! Ring came quickly too .Well do e gentlebands

Thought I was being ripped off, but rectified

The rings came quickly within a few days (from China to Europe) and they looked like on the picture. The style was just not right for my fiancé’s bone structure so we want something different. I sent an email asking for a refund and had to repeat that question 3 times + become very assertive before they helped me. The initial replies came quickly but each time was the below message with one or two sentences modified.

”I'm sorry to hear that you have decided to request a refund. But please reconsider, we are very eager to provide you with the ring you want.

Our exchange service is very convenient. You can visit our website, choose the ring style you want to exchange, and tell me the style and size you need to exchange. I will update your order information immediately and send out a new ring as soon as possible.

At the same time, you do not need to pay any price difference. If there is any difference, we will compensate to ensure your satisfaction.

If you're not sure what kind of ring you like, I can also provide you with some advice to help you find the perfect choice.

We sincerely hope that you can reconsider your choice of changing the style and look forward to your reply.

If you need any help or have any questions, please feel free to contact me at any time. I will do my best to provide you with support and services.

Thank you again for your support and cooperation! Wishing you a wonderful day!”

After I became openly angry and wrote a review my request was honored and the refund was processed in one day.

All is well if the end is well, but I have had more pleasant shopping experiences. For a consumer in the EU, used to refund requests being honored immediately and without questions, I think that it’s sufficient to ask once to reconsider
