I initially received the elixir as a sample. It is a very good product and so I placed an order in August 2025. I received order confirmation but no tracking advice. Company said it would resend. Exactly the same issue. Constantly fobbed off and then no response. I contacted Paypal and am hopeful for a full refund. It's really a shame as the product is good. Just don't know why they're not delivering!
Product arrived - 2 months later. I think the courier was at fault as they've recently - October 2025 - gone into liquidation, leaving countless parcels undelivered! Hopefully Gentle and Rose will find a better courier!

This is my second year using sun defence having had skin damage, from working outdoors for decades. I don't get on with std sun protection products at work as the dust and dirt sticks on greasy skin. Much less sticky with G&R and you can sweat through it!! i now use all year round, and feel my skin has improved as well. Non toxic is a huge draw for me.

There was a mistake on my last order which was doubled up during checkout , leaving me with a massive bill! I emailed, and it was resolved quickly by them without question.

Says over 500 reviews on their website. But has 0 reviews. Scam!
