The site is absolutely ridiculous. When I first joined I thought it was a good site, withdrew a little, no problem. I've currently deposited over 8 thousand pound and no matter what game I play, no wins over £100. Baring in mind that I deposit around £60-£100 per day to enjoy in my free time. All games seem to have little payout, free spins are scarce and the whole site seems very rigged compared to other sites. I can deposit around £200 on one game, no win at all unless its on a 10p spin to make sure you can't get any fun out of it.

Very strange site. Must have spent close to £2k on slots with 90% dead spins. In 20 years of slots, I have never experienced that. The RTP is incredibly low and I’m sure they’ll respond with an AI paragraph about random game play, blah blah blah. However, I know that is absolutely not the case.
I’m fully aware of losing when gambling, however there has to be some sort of balance for game play and enjoyment, else it creates real user issues.
A shame really as I expected a little more from a so called reputable company.
I’ll drop an email to the gambling commission, but won’t expect much back from it.
Ultimately it’s our money that we choose to gamble. My advice, stick with Bet365, SKYBet or MR Q for a better overall experience.

Welcome bonus not as good as it sounds
Not quite sure how many sister sites they have but it's a lot!!
Obviously their main incentive is the free spins you get when you deposit, they're all similar.
Bonuses are only used when you've lost all your money, and if you withdraw it then it goes also.
It's 10x's wagering requirement, so if you were lucky enough to win £10 on the book of dead (91% RTP, should be over 96%) then you'd have to hope that lasts you for 1000 (10p) spins without it eating it all up, and considering how rare and small the bonuses are you're probably not going to reach that.
Really not as good as it sounds, there's so many other companies that'll give you free spins without the ridiculous requirements so just shop around.
