I am a right handed golfer size extra large, I neglected to select a size and the order defaulted to large. When my gloves arrived, they were for a left-handed golfer and the wrong size. I was also unaware that I was signed up for a subscription to receive gloves on a regular basis. Upon checking into this, I canceled the subscription and after a few emails back-and-forth with the company explaining it was my fault that I had incorrectly ordered two weeks later the correct size and hand showed up in my mailbox. I would just like to thank the company for correcting my problem without me asking the product is amazing and the customer service though a little slow, goes above and beyond to keep their customer satisfied when in reality they had to do absolutely nothing.

Whatever you do, stay away from this company. I placed an order for 3 gloves in August. It is now October and despite continued promises that the gloves will be here within the week, nothing has arrived. According to their own metrics, the delivery process has not advanced since the "In Transit" phase on Sept 2. I've sent 3 emails and gotten the standard response that the gloves will be delivered within the week.
