I'm very happy with the products I've purchased from Gente Roma! They have so many designer brands to choose from and at great prices.
I've purchased so many items from them and all of them arrived in brand new condition. I highly recommend this website for authentic designer goods.
They also have great service. I emailed them with several inquires and they responded in a timely manner.

I love Gente Roma
I love Gente Roma! I was that customer who asked a million questions and requested many things any other store would’ve denied me. Not once was their response to me negative in any way; they were happy to help. I live in the US but there will surely be many more purchases to come from me!

Paid $1350 for BRAND NEW Valentino bag & received a USED, hardware scratched beyond repair, scratched leather and dirt inside bag
STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!
I bought a BRAND NEW bag from them through Farfetch and received a USED/DAMAGED bag. All they offered me were an insulting $66 off for sending me what they did. I guess they take advantage that you can't see the condition of what you're getting online and sell those customers all their left over displays/returns/damaged items, especially Farfetch customers, because they're not directly damaging their own name (Farfetch is making the sale, not them).
If you want to get what you paid for, stay FAR AWAY from GENTE ROMA and FARFETCH!!!
