Genspark Reviews 

We used Genspark to review and improve a number of presentation decks to support the company's marketing and investment requirements. We used prompts to get other, similar company products reviewed and to note key successful aspects that generate interest, commitment and potentially, successful investment. This was a key aspects, as the subsequent design and production of my decks were better than expected and the end decks were very impressive. We also had a requirement to correspond with Customer Services, to switch from a personal account to a business account and redress the subscription balance between the two. The response was amazing, really helpful and very supportive, with a proactive solution provided on the same day.

I use Genspark in my day to day operations. Creating dashboards, analytics, inventory and invoicing systems and some image work. It has saved me oodles of time.

With my recent GENSPARK Claw issues,we had a very quick response from the team and re-credit of credits used also....which is fantastic service....we use GENSPARK for all our medical training data re-generation and briefs....there were a few initial issues as well but all slides etc are fantastic productions and documents per our request well generated and information correct....great work by the first AI site we selected.....

I like the technical side of GenSparkA.I., however...whoever put together that last promotion for 20 Billion credits slighted us in the worst way!?!?

I use Genspark AI to create slides, Power points, or simply images for my work.
I work in real estate and I enjoy using the product.

Also, the support team is responsive and helpful.
Overall good software / tool to use that combines in one platform available AI tools.

The subscription is also affordable.

I've used Genspark steadily for about a year for document-heavy work. It converts complex PDF layouts into fully editable Word/Excel files, takes survey data through analysis to finished reports and slides in one go, and works as a sharp second pair of eyes on application documents. It has dramatically cut the time I spend on documents. Highly recommended for anyone who wants conversion, analysis, and document creation in one tool.

Genspark.ai has been a gamechanger. It has been easy to use, with the ability to switch models and generates anything you want quite accurately.

I have had no billing issues. I have no complaints otherwise.

It's definitely worth the money!

I had an issue activating an offer because my payment method could not be authenticated. I contacted Genspark support and they were very responsive and helpful. They took the time to investigate the issue, exchanged several messages with me and tried to find a solution. They eventually offered me credits so I could properly try the platform despite the payment issue. I really appreciated the way their customer service handled my problem. I’m now looking forward to exploring Genspark’s creative tools more extensively.

I'm using the genspark everyday. It's good point not to need to be various AIs for object.
I'd like to use it about more deep task. But I don't have any manual for going up my using skill.

I’ve been using Genspark primarily for static analysis of code, architecture planning, and research. The combination of unlimited AI chats across today’s SOTA models plus credit-based access for heavier agentic work is a strong productivity model. It lets me keep momentum on research and planning even when I’m not actively coding.

What stood out:

· Team responsiveness: I reported a bug where .ts files were incorrectly recognized with a video MIME type. The team logged it with engineering immediately and also gave me account credits as a bug bounty. That kind of tangible appreciation for user feedback is refreshing!
· CLI flexibility: Being able to use my Genspark credits through my own harnesses like opencode and other agents makes the platform much more versatile than a typical web-only interface. This is a big reason I use Genspark over Claude for some workflows, my Claude subscription usage felt shared across harness and web chat, while Genspark gives me more control over where credits are applied. I feel like I get more from Genspark!

Areas for improvement:

· Usage Analytics: The analytics page is too shallow. I’d like to see per-chat model attribution, per-agent or per-harness transaction breakdowns, and clearer credit-bucket detail. Right now it’s hard to audit exactly which model on what surface consumed what.
· Transparency: There’s a black-box feeling around “unlimited” chats. It would help to see current context window usage, rate-limit quotas, and fair-use thresholds before hitting limits. Even approximate visibility would reduce uncertainty!

Overall, I really like the plan structure: credits for heavy lifting plus unlimited chats for continuous research is a solid model. The team’s responsiveness suggests the product will keep improving. With better analytics and more transparency, this would be near perfect.

My experience has been great overall due to the confidence i experience when researching and creating content for my business and personal inquiries. The information aggregation from multiple sources gives me personal ease of mind for reliability, efficiency and accuracy.

I love Genspark AI. This is the tool that I use for every task I do in terms of academics and just evidence-based education. Sometimes, I even use it for social reasons and creativity. I honestly have excelled to a different level in the way it helps me think and perform in my daily life. I use it extremely often and promote it to almost everyone I meet.
