Withdrawal Dilemma Solved
If Genesis FX responds to this just know I use my business email on your platform but I use my personal email for trustpilot reviews.
I had a very concerning experience with Genesis FX Markets regarding a withdrawal request.
I submitted a withdrawal on Thursday and it was rejected with a vague message stating that my account was under investigation. There was no explanation provided at all. After waiting and receiving no follow up, I had to reach out through live chat, which took a long time just to connect with someone.
I was eventually told the issue was related to a missing transaction hash for my deposits. I provided the requested transaction information along with clear screenshots showing both the wallet I originally used on crypto exchange and the new wallet address I requested the withdrawal to.
Despite providing everything they asked for, they have completely ignored my response. There has been no acknowledgment, no clarification on what is still needed, and no update on the status of my withdrawal.
I have used multiple brokers and have never been required to go through this kind of process just to withdraw funds, especially when switching between legitimate crypto wallets. The lack of transparency and complete silence after providing requested documentation raises serious concerns.
At this point, it feels like unnecessary delays are being introduced rather than a genuine effort to process the withdrawal. I would strongly advise caution when dealing with this broker, particularly when it comes to getting your money out.
Update - Genesis has finally resolved my withdrawal and it has been processed. They also tried to make this right by giving me trade credits as well. After back and forth I appreciated the further transparency from their team though I still wish I would have received more proactive communication when my withdrawal was initially blocked. But since everything is fine now, I can say Genesis FX is legit in my eyes.

In your case, once the required details were provided and everything checked out, it was handled and completed. No shortcuts, no risk to your funds.
That said, you’re right on one thing—communication should match the level of execution. You shouldn’t have to chase updates, and that’s something we’re actively tightening up. The process itself was done correctly, but the experience around it needs to be just as sharp.
At the end of the day, your funds were secure, the withdrawal went through, and we made sure you were taken care of. That’s how we operate.
