HUGE SCAM! The company refuses to pay out proceeds from expired mining contracts. GM says the issue with their IT department for now more than two months. Clearly that is a lie and I will now try to take legal actions.
Beware and stay away from this provider. Also the company deletes any negative reviews on their own website immediately!

I spent money on cloud mining twice, both times, money was not disbursed properly, they changed the wallet I can recieve with and I do not have access to the wallet type changed, they stopped disbursing for months due to an error on thier part that was never corrected. I may start a class action lawsuit, I have records of all very nice correspondence from them, but no resolution. Being nice and taking your money doesn't change the fact they don't handle the business well and cheat customers.

They won't reply to my support ticket. I'm asking for a withdrawal and they refuse to assist.

Genesis Mining is nothing but a scam. I initiated a trade with them of $US20,000 and within few months I couldn't figure how I was lured to keep investing more until I invested about $US200,000 within 8 months. My broker John Ashley directed me to the finance department when I called for withdrawal and no one to contact and I sent several emails but no response. I called John several times but he didn't answer and this got me a notice I just fallen for a scam and being played. This ruin my life for months and I thought I couldn't make a life of myself anymore not until I read up about a financial consultancy forensic experts company Retrleve Hub online to get my money back. Kudos to Alex for job well done. Yes, I got my money back from this unlicensed brokers. Do away with them. I've learnt in a hard way.

What everyone else says. Borderline criminal enterprise. Just buy and hodl bitcoin direct from a reputable exchange. Genesis will only bring you misery and loss.

SUPER POOR SERVICE. Asked to check my coin balance but it tooks more than 2 month I still didnt get the answer. Keep answering the same answer, ask me to be patient. I just asked about my account coin balance, the whole thing is not transparent, and I did not manage to get any coin out so far,due to all these so called technical error.
DO NOT EVER put ur money into this company.

Investment didn't return, horribly price per day.

First of all, you should all know by now that the golden days of cloud mining are long gone, therefore, your ludacris expectations should be lower. I have read some of your comments and seriously you have no idea what you are talking about nor do most of Genesis Mining customers know what are cryptos, their value, how does market works or even what are crypto wallets which is insanse if you ask me.

You have to understand that no one pulled you by your sleeve and forced you to purchase anything. If you are resonating with anything I have mentioned above, it's your fault and take it as it is.

What isn't your fault is their disaster with SHA-256 contract cancellations in December 2018(I can't believe that anyone would purchase additional Maintenance Upfront packs), Equihash BTG payout decrease during the last summer, selling unprofitable SHA-256 and X11 contracts last year.

Regarding the IT tickets (contracts which have expired), you have to understand that it's ok to take time for everything to get sorted are released properly. Also, ROI cannot be estimated no matter what you think - give them a break.

Last, but not least and the reason why they get 1 star(would give them zero if I could) is the disgusting way they do the payouts for the previous day. Unfortunately, I rather not comment exactly how they do it due to my privacy but if you knew you would stay 1 million miles from them.

Just to know I'm not joking around, they sure love to outsource their developers and customer support to South-Eastern Europe which is also another company. P.S. do not try to message me since I won't reply. Stay safe and stay clear of any cloud mining company. Not a full-blown scam but the profit is non-existent. Arrivederci!

Not really profitable, so there is no point of buying mining contract with them.

Not recommended, I took out a mining contract for zcash a few years back. Made the unfortunate mistake of paying in BTC, I thought they were genuine. Had I made payment on a credit card I would have charged back without a shadow of doubt. The way lawsuits work these days I may still get my BTC back

I was with the company for over a year, I was not impressed with their services. The profits were okay, but the lack of support and punctuality really made it a bad experience for me. Wouldn't recommend to people who are interested in this business.

Hi in September am buy 140$ bitcoin till today (24-01-2020) my balance is 0.0006384 btc(contract for 18 months). If is OK maybe I take back 20$. Goooood investment for Genesis mining.

The customer support team replied to my emails within 24hrs. This is the only plus I can mention. I signed up to mine ETH and as the crypto currency prices have dropped I have actually lost money on the transaction. I also need to have some coins manually released to my crypto wallet. It has been 3 months since the issue was escalated to their IT team and the only response I get is it takes time to process. Maybe a week, but 3 MONTHS.... Do not invest with this company unless you want to lose money or spend (waste) your time attempting to get your coins.

UPDATE. It is now 4 months since I raised the issue with the customer support team. I am still waiting for the transfer and all I receive are emails with apologies and reminding me it takes time to process and to be patient.

UPDATE - End of March, now 5 months since the issue was first raised. For the entire month of March I received no communication from this company. They have also failed to transfer the coins I am owed. I can only restate my previous comments, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

UPDATE - Its now the end of April and 6 months have passed since I raised my issue with their customer support team. I am still waiting for the coins to be transferred and again have not received any communication from them to advise what is happening. Do not invest any money with this company. It is a shame that I had to award them one star as they don't even deserve that, but it is the only way to leave a review.

UPDATE - I have just received the coins that I was owed and it has only taken 6 1/2 months. I received an email apologising for the delay but no additional coins as a gesture of goodwill. Definitely not good customer service. I will not be using this company again and I strongly recommend that you look for alternatives to this company.

payed for 1 week... its been 10 months now and their support doesn't even bother talking to me!!!

What seemed to be a legit business now seems a scam.

Previously Genesis would match payouts calculated with crypto profitability calculator. Now their payouts are a fraction. They must be doing something wrong or simply stealing the money.
