Everyone keeps shouting  scam scam scam but none of you has ever asked,
how can we get our stolen money back?

Scam site, Fraud site.
Wasted my 160$.

At first everything went straight. Deposit worked quickly and setup of mining itself was easy. For the first year there was nothing to complain about except for the fact that customer service was only reachable through an online contact form. Payouts were made daily. But months before my contract expired payments were suddenly stopped even though i had mining output and an ether wallet was properly set up . After reaching out to customer support they told me they had IT issues and a large size of pendig requests so it may take some time.
I can fully relate to negative reviews on trustpilot as I made the same experiences. Stay away from this fraudulent site. If you want to invest in cryptos better buy the coins themselves rather than invest in this shady company.

I am having a problem with Genesis Mining, they blocked my withdraw of the coins I gained with the cloud mining contract. The Support says they are working.. since more than a year. I believed in their project, I am really disappointed. Stay away from genesis mining.

As of May 2023 I am still waiting. Scam.

they wont pay out the coins and dont reply to support tickets regarding that matter (only automated messages)

I have paid $3k for mining and it's been more than a year that they haven't sent me the $1k worth coins in my account. They don't answer to tickets, emails and when I create another ticket they keep telling me to use the old ticket ID which is mute for months.

I got an ETH contact for 12months and in 4 months it has paid itself now l still get profits 3 times a month into my account and l wish l had purchased more contracts because there are no contracts at the moment. I am very happy with Genesis Mining. The usability of the websites could be improved because it took me a while to figure out how to connect a Mew account to collect ETH.

I set up my account up properly, paid $2000 hard earned for a monero contract. They found a way to change and keep 14 of the 15 coins that were mined and claim technical issues. Totally unethical practices. My contract ended in 2019 and I now know there will be no direct resolution. I'm an honest man with a score to settle with them.

Genesis Mining is a scam. I paid for a mining contract in Monero in 2017 which finished a few months ago. Am yet to receive the payouts, despite giving them my Monero wallet address to pay the earnings into.

When I contact them, I am told "it's with our back office IT team," but they "can't speak to them." Been getting that same response for 4 months now.

This is clearly just a scam and they should be closed down by the authorities. I am contacting the FCA and ESMA to ensure they know about Genesis Mining.

Stole my money. Pretended to mine monero. Never gave me my monero.

This is a another Criminal activity.

Pure lies and scammers,they tell you they offer free mining while infact they are mining your DATA and energy.

They should go and mine their Children.

Scam same as the others they refuse to withdraw my remaining 5 XMR

Super bad with their products, it's designed to make them money, doesn't optimize users' mining at all, at the event of a crash (like in 2017) they'll just stop your contracts and make you pay for it.

Chasing payment of an outstanding balance from a contract that ended April 2020. No response to multiple requests.

Avoid.

Same as many users, I was paid my monero mining through half way the contract, so stopped monitoring it.
Now, it's got 1.5 XMR balance which they won't release, and they don't respond to email queries.
Avoid at all cost or risk getting scammed.

As I can see many other users are in the same situation as I am: Genesis is not replying to emails and is delaying to transfer the balance of an ended ETH contract!
We should get organised and contact the authorities as this guys are keep selling mining capacity!!!

This is a Scam Site. I invested £600 with them and got nothing back. I have contacted the customer service to also get zero reply. I would like to hear from other members who have had the same problem as I would like to start a class-action law suit. These guys have invested our cash and have made millions.

It is a shame I have to give Genisis Mining 1 star please avoid luckily I just did one con tract as it turned out a real con

I have waited for over 9 months for them to give my funds back. They keep claiming IT issues. DO NOT TRUST. I have written off the funds as I believe they are just a bunch of fraudsters.
