Top notch customer service and the medical provider was pleasant and knowlegeable

Everything was great and I was dealing with some pretty extensive things. I choose them because the wait was so long for in person visits locally (and I have great insurance). They organized things and placed orders for everything very quickly and had specialists that reviewed and provided suggestions, next steps and prescriptions when needed. I also can’t say enough about everyone I met with and how responsive the entire team was.

If I had one knock, it would be that it’s not easy to see the same person for your issue and you can’t really do that yourself or at least I couldn’t figure it out so I ended up seeing 3 different Drs/NPs for the same issue initially. However, for the last appointment, I communicated this to them beforehand and they made sure I saw the same NP from my previous appointment. Minor inconvenience and A++ experience overall.

Very responsive and good communication. This is often lacking in normal medical support options. In addition, it often takes weeks to get a simple doctor appointment, so being able to get medical appointments quickly and have good communication along the way is great.

Email only reminder. No text. So if you don't check email frequently be sure of your appointment. My calendar changed the time zone of mine, as soon as I realized I tried to contact them but couldn't. No way to do so. I logged into the meeting, tried to send a note through there. Nothing. Instead I was charged 100. With no way to try to rectify the issue. It was 30 minutes. Not like hours or totally blew it off. It was a mistake and they have zero interest in helping.

My experience was wonderful and quick! I needed a refill on my prescription and the doctor was nothing but kind and caring and made me feel heard. The process was seamless!

I ended up needing two appointments but for $100 per appt it was more than worth it.

I lost my health insurance a couple of months ago and it’s been difficult to find something affordable since.

I also loved that I wasn’t rushed off and just told to go to urgent care like some other telehealth places.

Super easy appointment booking process and very helpful doctor. I really felt she listened to me and provided advice and treatment specific to my situation.

I tried to get appointments with specialists, change doctors, and referrals from my local PCP due to some very serious concerns about my blood work, tests, and symptoms and it was a nightmare. I was scared because I knew something was not right but no one cared. I told my fiance I was scared and felt like I was running out of time. Out of desperation I started looking for help online and came across General Medicine. They listened, got my case reviewed by much needed specialist, coordinated labs/tests/ procedures, and helped me find local specialists. Specialists that had appointments available right away with easy to work with office staff. Everything has been streamlined and I am getting answers. I am so thankful for this company, their providers, and support care team. They have reduced my stress, supported me through the process,and the communication is amazing. Additionally you do not have to wait 3-6 months to be seen. As a patient and a registered nurse I approve and recommend General Medicine. Absolutely amazing and I am thankful for every one of their providers that touched my case and cared. You all are making a positive difference and saving lives . Thank you !

I cannot say enough good things about General Medicine. I switched over after my regular doctor denied my prescription refill, leaving me in a tough spot. Not only did the doctor here handle my refill the exact same day, but the level of actual care and detail they put into my treatment plan is unmatched. They took the time to look at the whole picture—balancing my medications safely, checking in on other healing areas, and providing amazing practical advice for sleep and overall well-being. I finally feel heard and supported by a doctor. I tell everyone about this place!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I needed help with a prescription while relocating. Appointment was started within a few minutes of logging in and prescription was ready later that day. A+
