Unbelievably poor service.

Great quote from Money Supermarket website but GA will not accept my no claims documentation provided by my previous insurer.
I have at least 9 years no claim bonus
It is impossible to discuss with GA by phone as they don't answer and the email address is a no reply address.
I can't imagine how frustrating it would be if you ever needed to put in a claim.
