I have been using this product since…

I have been using this product since purchasing my vehicle in 2019 (was an optional extra) sadly I have had a couple of issues but customer service were quick to resolve them (A) some time back an order disappeared in transit within twenty four hours a replacement arrived after contacting them (B) a recent order leaked through the box (main concern was the postman who delivered it) again within twenty four hours replacement order and a complimentary gift arrived.
This kind of old fashioned customer service restores my faith in dealing with companies.
My vehicle rarely sees water (unless I have been somewhere like Dartmoor don't know what you have driven through), I strongly recommend Gen 3 if I could give more stars for the twenty four carrot gold service received I would.
