i have NOTHING bad to say about this place. the only opinion i have is that i wish they had an app. i would love that.

I have purchased quite a few stones from a number of sellers on Gem Rock Auctions. I have yet not to be pleased. Everything has been as promised, delivered at least on time.

Its been a great hunt so far, I really feel like I'm getting a good deal. And if you choose to not spend so much on shipping and don't mind waiting then this is a really fun place to start or grow a collection or hobby.

Gem Rock Auctions really ROCK. You will get fabulous gems at great prices and the sellers are very pleasant and easy to deal with.

The owners are a group of Indians based at Australia. If you expect to buy a AAA grade gemstone from this company think again. I've lost soo much money through these guys when I first found them online. Stones are cheap, much glass and support is horrendous. Don't expect an easy refund. They have no valid process. Website is cheap and no company info. The owners accidentally rang me and trust me, it ain't family run. Reviews are also fake on here.

Definitely look at feedback to see any possible trends.
You the buyer get rated as well as you get to rate the seller.
Pl review ALL the info for returns, ZOOM in on the pict as they should be of the ACTUAL stones, and PAY attention to shipping costs- important fact is to find out if they combine or not.

Most of the sellers on this site are serious and conscientious. They ship items quickly and safely. There are many items on the Gem Rock sites you can't find anywhere else. I will continue to be a customer for a very long time.

Overall I have had excellent experiences on the site. The sellers are passionate about their products and in my experience, have delivered quality items at a fair price. You may find cheaper alternatives at other sites but I am happy to find interesting specimens from my favourite sellers. Through Gem Rock Auctions, I have developed relationships with sellers who I trust through every step of the process.

The Gem Rock Auctions are easy to use and provide rapid updates during bidding.
The descriptions are clear and honest. Also the no reserve auctions provide some great bargains.

Great selection of stones and vendors that make it easy. Prices are good. Filtering tools could be better but site is Highly Recommended! Auction tools are excellent! I have purchased multiple items and no problems.

I really trust using this site when buying as I have not at any time been cheated by a false created replacement mineral or stone and the price is reasonable as it would be if it is the genuine article. If you keep this standard then I will keep on buying here

I like Gem Rock Auctions immensely. I have done auctions on ebay and found that they allow the sellers to run up bids posting as a confidential bidder, even reposting the same item that was supposedly sold less than a day prior. I've seen this on many occasions. Gem Rock Auctions runs a tight ship and does not allow any sort of that disreputable behavior. I will continue to bid on this honest site. Thank you.

The auctions are good both in range & quality , & overall it has been a quality experience there are several ways that it could be improved, 1 if not suplying combined postage it should be shown on each items page 2 stones should be closely examined if there is a fault it should be in the discreption 3 before placing a item onsite it should be tested to verify that is correct.You are running the auctions so you make the rules Regards Dennis
