I got a bag to bandage the wound because they had made a mistake. Because I had bought a sign from them and on their website they say it was made of metal but when it came home it was made of wood. Then write I told them and they said and they apologized profusely for what happened and wanted to make me something similar and then I wrote that I wanted a male bag with my dogs on it and it came home yesterday.

Personalized Clogs, Gift For Pet Lovers
I ordered 2 pairs of faux crocs and they sent to me 2 sizes more than I ask. His sizes measurements are not accurate.
Ask for refund and they just offer 15% return or 50% for new order. Off course I can’t believe they will send the correct size.
I can’t recommend this company.

Customer service is just as important as the sale. I had ordered a library mug and after a couple of weeks, the handle became loose and I was afraid to continue to use it. I contacted the company and they apologized for the defect and immediately sent me a replacement. I enjoy my purchase but I also enjoyed the great customer support I received.

First order, wrong size. Reordered, got lost in customs. Every order takes forever to get here. I'm on my 3rd try at this. Not very optimistic on this one either. spent months just trying to get a pair of shoes that fit. I have over 20 emails with all these issues. I wish they were shipped from the USA. I will not order ever again.

I saw this product on social media (Facebook). I took my time to get the product I wanted and when I received it, it was exactly how I had placed it on the order. The cap is an absolute head turner when I am out with my dog and it's nice that people know me by name and my dog too as it is on the cap. A few people have asked me where I got it from and I have given them the website details. I could not be happier with this great item.

Quality advertised vs. Quality received was very different
Order the personalized ball cap with my dogs on it. It took a while and the package has to be resent, not really the seller's fault. The quality advertised vs. delivered was very different. The raised design hinting at embroidering and textured finish suggesting wildly different materials than were used. vs. what was delivered. Turns out it was all image. The stitching? Image. The embroidering? Image. The leather? Image?
