connection unstable
useless-it doesnt connect and drops frequently. additionally not so compatible with socks5 proxy. i was just refreshing my connection for days. Don't buy. I think multilogin is better and drops less-maintains stable connection throughout.
Their customer care via email doesnt care to respond at all to customer concerns. very poor quality customer service. waste of money and most importantly time

Helpful Team & Helpful Tool
GeeLark makes running multiple mobile accounts so much easier.
Especially their TikTok automation templates are a real time-saver, I need to run several devices at once, and it indeed saves my time to operate cloud phones one by one.
What I appreciate most is the support team. Every time I reach out about the RPA feature, they make sure I leave with a clear answer and feel supported.

One of the great cloud phone services. Price are a bit high as compared to other virtual cloud phones but their services are great and they offer discount promo. I have not received any problem till date. Great platform at all.

Don't waste your time or money
They're scammers, their cloud phones are garbage, and you ask for a refund for their terrible cloud phone product. And they lie to you that they'll refund you, but they never do. In the end, I'll have to open a PayPal account to see if I can get some money back.
