Terrible shipping partner

Terrible shipping partner. I still haven’t received the shipment and they’ve been saying it’s out for delivery for a few days.

Update: Shipping here to the Philippines is a mess. More times than not, it is not because of customs. It is the last mile shippers. In this case Ninja Van. I got notified that my package was out for delivery last Thursday on the truck. Still my package wasn’t delivered until tonight (Monday night). How can a package be out on the truck every day for 4 days and not get delivered? And how can you explain that when you contact the shipper they know less about it than I do??
This shipment was a replacement item because I originally ordered a product like it from Amazon, but their last mile shippers, Aramex, who is worse than Ninja Van couldn’t get it here either! We need companies like GeekVR and Amazon to demand better from these terrible shippers. It should be unacceptable!

Upon reviewing your order (#1765), we can confirm that it was placed on June 6, 2025, at 10:31 PM and shipped out on June 8, within our promised processing timeframe. As soon as we received your complaint, we immediately contacted our shipping carrier to investigate the delay. We’re relieved to see that your package was delivered on June 17 (please let us know if this is not the case).

Since this is an international shipment from China to the Philippines, delivery times can occasionally extend beyond initial estimates due to customs or logistical delays. In this case, the total delivery time was 11 days, which still falls within our guaranteed window of 7–15 days (as noted on your order details).

Moving forward, we are actively working to improve our shipping process by evaluating alternative carriers and optimizing logistics to provide faster, more reliable delivery for our customers. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us enhance this experience.

Its good the headstrap is nice just the…

Its good the headstrap is nice just the halo cant be adjusted which is ehh but not a big problem and the main problem is the battery is a little loud for some reason but overall its very good and it arrived in 4 days too
