I ordered multiple times now with Geekbuying. Their deleivery and shipping times are always within expectations. One time i had to make use of warranty. A part of my bike broke within a week or two. They asked for evidence. After making a small movie showing the defect, the part was shipped without any fuzz. So yes any time, because now i trust them, i can buy without any risks. Bike came way faster than predicted, also the bike is great and everything works. Sadly there was the wrong manual, but it doesn’t matter cause it is so easy to build it together.

I can warmly recommend Geekbuying. I have shopped several times from them and never had any problems with the deliveries. Bought an item that did not work properly but they helped me and they replaced the item without any problems. Their support is the best I have experienced so far.
