I have a bad experience with this company. I ordered a product from them but it didn’t arrive. They promised to refund me and they didn’t do that. This situation inspired me to create a youtube channel and tiktok videos where I will expose the companies who do not deliver their promises and the companies with bad activities that I or other people have experienced. Geek and gorgeous will be the one I will start with.

Love this brand and had to show it some love on here as it seems to be more lowkey. The first product I bought was the Hydration Station moisturiser as I heard it was good for fungal acne. It's amazing and I use it everyday. It's also thicker than the usual fungal-acne safe moisturisers which I love. Since then I've tried other products and I now use the Stress Less and aPAD serum in my daily routine (great for blemish-prone skin). Their customer service and delivery is also super speedy. 10/10 brand!

I love this brand so much. I ordered some pieces from them and they arrived very fast in Sicily 😍 The products are the best for my skin....I love them.

I’ve tried almost every product in the G&G line and found their formulations excellent. Especially for the price!

My favourite products are the Mighty Melt makeup remover, A Game Retinal, Stress Less, B Bomb niacinamide, A-Pad and the new and really fabulous Power Peptides. My 66 yo skin has improved dramatically since discovering this affordable brand. Cannot wait to see what they come up with next!

Shipping is fast and easy to track - but expensive if you don’t hit the minimum for free shipping, so I always make sure to order a few things at a time - an inexpensive way to widen my experience of their product line.

I’ve had cause to contact customer service and I found them informative and super-helpful.

Lovely products and good customer service but I find their returns policy unfair. I'm in the UK and have to pay over £7.50 to return an item that costs just over £12. What's the point? I'm going to end up keeping it because it's not worth my while. They don't ship to the UK from Hungary so why can't I return it to a UK address.

Can't give more than two stars because of this. Definitely a barrier to repurchasing.

Order on sunday and I just Got my order. Super fast delivery. And G&G products are my holy grail.

My and my daughter ( 14 yo with acne ) we trayed all products . They are just great! In 6 months after 3 years of hard struggle with acne my daughter has fantastic, clean skin ! I love B- bomb, stres less serum , cleansing balm, vit C . They are really effective!!!

This has really helped on my rosacia issue. I use the Jelly wash - aPad and happier barrier. Also sunfactor 50 every morning. Now I don't need medical pills anymore. Can absolutely recommend the product for any rosacea patients. And to a very reasonably price.

Great company. Effective products. I prefer them to The Ordinary. There was a delivery issue which was a mistake on my end, and they refunded me right away!

I went online to purchase a Geek & Gorgeous product and the G&G website stated that IF I purchased then a "free gift" would be added to my purchase.
The free gift did not arrive - so I have spent the last two weeks trying to find out why. Geek & Gorgeous state that although the website offers the gift, the offer is from G&G Hungary (?) and not G&G UK (!).
I asked how I was supposed to know ... as I just responded to their purchase offer. They have come back again to say that whilst other areas of the G&G empire are making the offer I responded to online, they are not.
I asked for the contact details of their Customer Service Director or CEO ... but I cannot get past their "Support" team, who are saying ..."I am not sure exactly how you want us to proceed, but I will liase with Geek & Gorgeous, so that it is not misleading that you are getting a free gift.". All this tells me is that the Geek & Gorgeous support team are NOT even part of Geek & Gorgeous !!
Worst service I have experienced in many years ...

After finally getting through to someone at Geek And Gorgeous, they resolved my issue quickly. They also explained the situation, but only after trying the old "your email went into spam" line first :) The product is great and once you get through, the customer service is efficient too. I can't leave 5 stars due to the overall experience, but I highly recommend these products!

Amazing products at very reasonable prices. Especially their retinal is by far the best product of this kind I've tried (and I've tried lots!).

Helpful Customer Service as well when I had a small issue. Will definitely order again!

This is about the business practise rather than products - i will update on the products if i ever get it.
Ordered a vit c serim, post and package was very expensive for standard delivery! Still waiting (5days) tried to track they send you to 'Shop' which seems to want acess to far too much info'. First time using G&g, tbh not impressed lets jope im wowed by the products

Great products, great customer service. One of those companies that sticks to a few high quality products rather than coming up with a new product every month. I have been using a couple of their products for over a year now and really like them.

Geek and Gorgeous failed to outline the details of the duty charge to the UK on their website under the Terms and Conditions. The page that they did write it on, they wrote in a misleading way in a strangely constructed single sentence about Brexit and separate from the section about duty to other countries.

A Geek and Gorgeous employee also missed two opportunities to advise me on the charge in the email thread about the large order I was about to make and was asking their advice on.

A Geek and Gorgeous employee pointed out to me that the Equality Act doesn’t apply to them because they are in Hungary and told me that they didn’t have any problems with understanding the website details themselves. Good for them, eh?

The UK International Consumer Centre (UKICC) saw the evidence of the website as it was before Geek and Gorgeous changed it after I pointed out to them that it was misleading and they saw the evidence of the miss opportunities by Geek and Gorgeous to notify me that I would be charged, so UKICC advocated for me and tried to get Geek and Gorgeous to pay the invoice I was landed with.

However, the director of Geek and Gorgeous responded to UKICC saying, about the way my symptoms of my learning disability manifest, that I ‘was not careful enough’ and that is the reason that they are refusing to resolve the invoice. Disgusting.

Every organisation I have taken advice from about the invoice I was landed with two months after delivery said, on viewing the evidence, that it was Geek and Gorgeous’ responsibility to resolve the invoice, but Geek and Gorgeous have refused and pointed at the courier company again. Even HMRC told me it was Geek and Gorgeous who should pay the invoice.

As a disabled customer, I will be avoiding Geek and Gorgeous

I hesitated about ordering as they're based in Hungary. I worried my parcel would take a long time to arrive. It was here within two days and was well packaged. I've been on the lookout for a good, affordable vitamin c. So pleased to have found geek and gorgeous.

I really like their products - they are simple but reliable. My two orders were completed in a record time and all products were delivered safely. I definitely plan to order more once I run out of the product, they really work well with my sensitive skin.

I just received my second order from g&g, and I cannot recommend them enough. Their products are incredibly well formulated (I find them much more effective than the same products from other brands e.g. TO). Both my deliveries arrived in the UK within 2-4 days, even though they ship from Hungary (both post brexit too!) and they kept me updated throughout the entire (fast) process.
I bought all their exfoliators, their vit C, niacinamide and the strong retinal (a-bomb). I'm so impressed by all of them and cannot imagine ever buying from another brand.
