I got the US20 men's jacket. For £40 it can't be leather but it heavy and looks great and for £40 a total bargain.

Not sure what's all about those bad reviews. I recently purchased a SUP paddle from their website. It was on sale for a really bargain price. They sent it out and it was delivered in just 5 days. No problem at all and it works perfectly. When I ordered it, I even called them asking when it was going to be delivered. They picked up and told me right away so support line is there.

Please look to buy elsewhere. Honestly, I am just a normal bloke who's been ripped off by these people.
Bought jacket and trousers deal...but definitely too good to be true.
Sent trousers back but got fobbed off on refund. Still trying to achieve that.
Meanwhile, the jacket continues to literally come apart at zip, collar and seams.
Very disappointing and with regard to refund, criminally scandalous. Such a shame.

Found an Opsrey Xena 85 for much less than other people on sale. The online help guy calculated I could get it there in time with even the cheapest shipping, just $12! So much better doing business with a real store where the employees hike themselves!!

More than one poor experience - items that don't work as advertised and lousy return policy
I have bought things from them, a clock that were supposed to project time on the wall that didn't work, among other things, cheap enough it wasn't worth returning, but this last deal where they sent me mislabeled Xl in an XXL underwear package which they offered me a 15% refund is the end. I won't bother with them again.
