SKAM SKAM SKAM Do not buy anything from this place , I bought two cameras and neither one of them work and was wanting to send them back and they will not call you back and will not answer with a email so i guess im just stuck paying for nothing

SKAM SKAM SKAM … do not buy anything from them …. I bought two cameras and neither one of them work , I’ve been trying to get in touch with them for two weeks now to send them back and they will not respond back , I’m turning them into the BBB

I am so frustrated with this place, I ordered a trail cam and it came without the remote, Im mad at myself for going away from amazon-now I am trying to get a refund and they wanted the shipping label from the package, well sorry that has been thrown away, I'm emailing them for a full refund, they were only going to give me 15% and I could keep the trail cam or give it away!! It doesn't work!!!! Wish me luck

Whatever you do, DO NOT buy anything from this company!! I was stupid enough to buy a Titan smart watch. What I got was a poor imitation of a watch, no more than Chinese tat. Didn't even say aTitan on the packaging!! Of course it failed to work and like so many other reviews I was told/expected to send extensive videos of the problems for some "so called" technical expert to review. If course I was reminded that they don't do refunds (cowboys never do) but I did get a small 15% return as a good will. Keep your cash people. Avoid these Chinese rip off merchants at all costs

To be perfectly honest I ordered a Tactical Titan PG 666 Smart Watch and was somewhat concerned when reading all the negative reviews on Trust Pilot about the seller.
But having received it,set it up via my iPhone I have to say it is one of the best things I have purchased in a while.
The general quality is extremely difficult to fault with all the functions you would expect from a more expensive watch.
It's operation is understandable reliant on its Bluetooth connectivity.

TERRIBLE company. I had the same experience as a prior person who posted. Pedometer simply does not work, and it costs 3 x what others do. They keep saying that "technical support" will advise but it has just never worked. They finally offered me 30% refund or I could return it AT MY OwN EXPENSE to China for full refund. I hav filed a dispute with PayPal for a full refund,. I wish I had read the trust pilot review before purchasing this item or I never would have done so.

Awful company. Sold faulty stormbuds earphones. Wouldn’t sort a return or refund as requested. Unable to contact other than email. Wasted lots of time trying to communicate with them. Very frustrating. Left with goods not fit for purpose

Based on a favorable review, I purchased a pedometer from them rather than playing it safe with Amazon (where the product was not sold). I was dissatisfied with it from the day it arrived, as it did not track steps accurately (which was compared to a step-count-test AND compared to my Fitbit). I had numerous emails (which BTW) were through the outsource-your-“Customer Service” app, Freshdesk.com, so at least half of the correspondence I was being answered by a robot, as best I could tell. They refused to give me a return authorization for full refund. INSTEAD, I was offered a 15% refund ($6.75 on a $45 purchase) OR I could return the unit TO CHINA at my expense (likely more than I paid for the device) for a “full refund” AND ONLY IF I acted within 7 days. WHAT A RIP OFF. I purchased this because they had a San Francisco address (I am from there), but now (nearly 2 weeks later) see that Google maps does NOT show they exisit at 100 Pine Street; based on this transaction, it appears they are a shell company out of China with imported goods was shipping from a warehouse very near LAX airport in 746 S. Glasgow Ave, Inglewood, CA.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I’ll repeat it again so you do not make the mistake I made: do not buy from this company.

I purchased a set of headphones on 26/05/24. On 30/0/24, I enquired when they would be shipped, as I hadn’t received any confirmation. It wasn’t until the 31st, after I chased them, that they decided to ship them. Who knows what would have happened if I hadn’t chased them up? I received the product. However, it had been shipped from China, so I did not receive it until 06/06/24. The box was in Chinese, so I couldn’t even check if I had received what I ordered or if it was a cheap Chinese knock off.

The product worked for a grand total of 3 times. After this, I contacted the support email asking for a return address as I decided I would invest in some proper headphones that I knew were real. I sent this email on the 15/06. I received a reply on 17/06/24; they did not send me a return address but asked if I would send them a picture or video of the product so they could diagnose the problem, which I did. On 20/06/24, I followed up with them because I received no response. On 02/07/24, I sent another email asking for an update, and they asked for another video of me charging the headphones, which I had already sent. On 4/07/24, I sent another email following up because, yet again, I had received no response.

On 06/07/24 at 21:50, this company finally sent me the return address but told me I had to ship it in two days. I would also like to point out that 06/07/24 at 21:50 was a Saturday evening, with the post office closed on Sunday, leaving me one day to return the product; otherwise, they couldn’t process the return despite not providing the address I asked for three weeks prior. Finally, another reason not to buy from this company is that the return address is in China, and they require you to send it tracked, which means the return posted will likely take up most of your refund.

Bought a waterproof solar charger for my phone. There's a torch that doesn't work, it won't charge for more than a minute at a time and it's definitely not waterproof

Bought bone conducting headphones, lightly used yet stopped working after 4 months. Won't power up. Got the typical PRC company run around, incompetent corrupt customer service people, selling inferior Chinese products. Don't waste your money or time. Instead of replacing them their solution was I buy a new pair with a 20% discount. Corrupt and cheap product with PRC quality control standards.

Ordered trail cams, bought three, none of them worked, called customer service, no reply, at least 15 emails with the run around, this company is scamming people, they sure did scam me, all I wanted was to return the cameras or get a refund, no dice. Told me to take photos and video, ridiculous, but I did, told me an “engineer” looked at the photos and video, engineers advice. “The batteries are too new, change to used natteries, horrible experience, I’m out $300

Not good the hiking pole I ordered was very poor quality and broken when I got it although it gave a price amazon were selling the item a lot cheaper and you cannot get through on email link

Scammers, bought a Trail cam, thought that because they used PayPal that it was safe, but no, sending unrelated videos about how to close a door that didn’t close once the batteries were in, the screen was blank when trying to set up, won’t connect to 1tb WiFi and when left 2 meters from WiFi box didn’t take any photos or videos, there is no way of getting through to them, I have asked PayPal not to associate with these scammers so we will have to wait and see, also they have multiple websites and have had communication from LSC E-Commerce.com so I’d assume that multiple scammers use LSC for reply emails.

I tried to order a trail cam but the website did not work. Finally called in and got the recording. Someone did call me back and still was unable to place my order that day. Tried again the following day; no luck at all. Called, sent eMails, etc.
At last, I found these reviews and realized that by not being able to place my order I dodged a bullet. I'll find a reputable company.

Battery on headphones over-heated whilst I was wearing them! Their response "We are very sorry that the package is over four months old, and the product will inevitably be worn out during use" !!!
Despite the fact that this could have resulted in serious injury they offered me a 20% discount for re-purchase.
Appalling regard for liability, product quality, customer service. I will escalate through Trading Standards and Paypal ​
