The Sony headphones I purchased were the cheapest advertised and turned up as specified, no problem at all.

Terrible service, missed my delivery date by at least one month, refused to refund as item was ‘on route’ for weeks and weeks. Poor communication from company. Item did eventually arrive and has been perfect, but, I spent a few anxious weeks with no item, no refund and no communication. Would not recommend. Only gave one star because i had to, would give minus one star if it was possible!!

No problem whatsoever, product arrived promptly, well packaged. Would definitely use again. Ordered a gopro hero 7 black. All good

It was very slow it took about 5 weeks to come and by that time I had just bought a new pare. But the price was good, but sadly that was the only thing that was good.

I am so happy with my iPad. It was delivered very fast. I will definitely come back.

I would shop from gdprice again, great service, quick reply to my question, shipping went smoothly arrived in time even though my camera was being shipped to France. Packaged fine, no damage and not over packed with waste. I would recommend.

I took a chance but the i pad arrived quickly and a very good price, it did come with an American adapter but I simply used the adapter from my old i pad. I did register with Apple and all was OK.
Will certainly use again.

It was very bad experience for us. It's long time ago. You cancelled my order but anyone didn't tell me about it. So how can I trust your company. It's horrible.

The store advertised the item as based in EU at the time of purchase. It was supposed to be goods without tax, but i had to pay more than 77 EUR worth of tax as the item was shipped to me from China! And the company did not state this anywhere on the page. I would have never agreed upon the extra costs. Buyer beware!

Ordered a phone from them and it didn't arrive. Tried to contact them and the phone line just rang and rang and my email got no response. Had to open a Paypal complaint to actually get noticed. Finally recieved my phone after a month

I cancelled an order made in error and my money was refunded with no problems.

The goods were returned to the address on the envelope. It has taken over 3 months of numerous emails to get a refund. It takes ages to get a response each time. The phone number they give does not work. They don’t appear to have a contact centre to help customers . I would not use this company again. (The experience was so poor I almost reported them to Trading Standards.)

Don't evan bother, yes there less expensive but communication with them is very poor. Wait time for delivery is shocking 3 months later I received my late Christmas present! Everything is from China yet states there in London. They breached the data protection act with my email address, I had emails coming from people all over the world about there products they'd brought off them, I did not agree to this. Generally a terrible experience. Pay the extra elsewhere, less hassle!

WASTE OF TIME

No communication until asked for a refund via PayPal then got excuse after excuse on why its late. The item was still 16 days late after the 6-11 days to their terms.

Samsung a50 finally showed up but a COMPLETELY different language all over labels and the seal. A cheap additional plug adapter added to the parcel due to the phone not fit for UK plug sockets and even Europe. I CANT INSURE IT!!

The box covered in dirt and God knows what else.

Seal still intact and awaiting Information from PayPal for refund.

WILL BE NEVER USING THEM AGAIN AND WILL CETAINLY NOT RECCOMENT TO ANYONE.

HOW IS THIS BUSINESS EVEN RUNNING.

Ordered a phone, after a week started chasing them as I got no information about my order they told me the item is out of stock, waiste of time honestly.

I have not received iPad order for iPad 15/11/2019 had to contact bank for refund on my behalf i would not recommend this company Gdprice to anybody my daughter was so disappointed
