They are scamming people. If you open a case, you can't redeem the skin. I opened a 70 - 90 dollar skin but they refuse to give it to me. Their support is ignoring all of my messages.

Big scam
Big scam, when you start approaching the skins you want, they start and modify you personally only in your application / account and double the value it had initially for example I followed a weapon that from 10000 for me at the beginning of reached 23000, I told a friend to install his application for him starting the same skin at 9000 but certainly if he started doing tasks to get closer to it would surely change his price, it's a big spell
