I emailed support a simple question that could have been answered with "Yes" or "No," if the support agent was lazy.

Instead of being lazy, they told me to F off, and then IP banned me from their website. I'm thankful I never bought any gift cards from them, and based on the other trustpilot reviews here, it seems like I dodged a bullet. I'm blessed to be IP banned from this horrible company.

Nothing more than a scam company here, lost $39

Not only that but customer support is absolutely awful, with people not caring at all and just throwing answers your way without actually helping.

Also very rude. the support actually called me stupid, and told to learn to read;

Trashy services. Mediocre utility with so many bugs. Pathetic and failure of a human being. Nothing works and yet acting all high and mighty

horrible to use as a customer.

I used to use this service before when I cashed out from Mannco.store, but no more. Every time I try cashing out it would give me a "The GCOW services are currently unavailable at this time". I guess their services haven't been working for a whole month now, pretty damn weird honestly. From reading other reviewers, I don't think contacting their customer service is a good idea or it would even make the situation worse for me. So I'm just gonna hold onto half a thousand for the time being in their Instant payout page.

I just wish that mannco.store would stop using such a fishy cash-out site as an option. Payoneer is a much better option if you wanted, but not if you want "credit cards" as payment.

I hit the redemption link and it added the funds to an account but now it won't give me the gift cards. And it doesn't show my balance on the gcow app. This is a terrible service. I just want to be able to use my gift cards!!

actual scammers. do not use their service ever, they will scam you and blame you. very bad customer service, not polite + not looking to help + amateur. do not use them if u don't wanna be scammed

I contacted them via their site with a question about the exchange rate on their binance gift card. Because when i redeemed a 20usd card, i only got 19usd worth of bitcoin and i wanted to know if i would get a better rate if i redeemed a 1000usd card.

after 1 business day, i got a weird reply on my email.
subject: "FW: You've got an edited 1-star review"
message: "Banned your dumb ass from our platform. Good luck."
And that email was a reply to an email they got from trust pilot, about some user giving them a 1 star review.

so i replied
subject: "I'm literally someone else. You banned / replied the wrong guy lol"
message: "I'm literally someone else.

I only got 1 gift card from you guys, it was a 20usdt gift card.
That notorious guy got a 455usdt card.
Anyway, unban my email, cuz you banned the wrong guy.
Also, answer my question about the exchange rate, how much i get on binance if i redeem a 1000usdt gift card?"

They replied

message: "Nah your banned"

withdrew 455 usdt eth gift card after redeeming got 20 usd less. crypto platform blames 3rd party for deducting costs as crypto platform has policy of cutting no fee.

I frequently use this site to cash out from Mannco.store, it is quick when it comes to instantly depositing into my bank account, however, its kind of frustrating that I have to use the provided link to cash out, rather than the code I'm given to verify.

Terrible, lying of instant delivery.

This site is absolutely terrible, and I regret purchasing a gift card from here.

Bought a 10$ gift card, seeing as it was instant and IT has been 2 days on pending with no update.

They don't even have a support page to ask them for support..

This site is most likely scam trash, and I do not recommend it.

They received my item pretty fast and confirmed the delivery and got paid for the item I was selling without the wait and hassle!

Virtual visa card is virtually unusable due to constant order cancellations. Did you want to check your last transaction if it actually did go through? Sorry that's not a thing.

Waiting for about tow or more weeks haven’t received my iTunes card

I’m getting an error when trying to cash out that says “ The GCOW services are currently unavailable at this time.” I’ve tried to contact their support email asking when their service will be available and was told “We don’t have your email on file so we cannot help you.”

The time between sending that message and receiving that replay was less than 5 minutes apart.

Update: 4 hours later I've received this message from their support team:
"I am banning you and all or any of your accounts from our system for leaving us a one star review. The reason why cashouts are not working is because the platform you used to sell your skins needs to refill their account with us.

For being a dumb dick I will make sure to not allow any cashouts out of your account"

Changed my review from 1 to 2 stars for answering my question after the fact, but the profanity was uncalled for, I only needed to know why their provided service wasn't working as advertised. since I wasent getting any response from the "platform that i sold skins on" wouldn't reply as well.

Update 2: it’s August of next year and they’re trying to remove negative reviews.
