Cameron you was very knowledgable and provided excellent advice with the planning application process, prepared drawings and obtained the successful approval of the planning permission. His plans transformed our house and achieved all our requirements within the very reasonable budget.

The team apply a collaborative approach and we found it easy to bounce ideas off them and ask lots of questions (we are novices to building work) and found their industry knowledge very helpful in planning our project. Whilst they had several professional inputs into our project, they were also open to our own ideas and personal preferences and we feel the final plans are as close to perfect for our family as possible. The team are also very responsive and made time to help us through the process.

We have been working with GBS Architectural now for just over 18 months, during which time they have prepared a scheme for extensive refurbishment and extension of our home, advised on letting of the building contract and supervised the continuing works.
