wheeled holdalls failed on first use
Bought 2 wheeled holdalls. The plastic brackets holding the wheel axles broke after about 100m walk at Euston station. Cheap and nasty goods. Do not buy.
Supplier response is wrong. No replacement provided because the bag failed on the first day of my holiday. Waiting for refund.
Finally received refund by escalating the problem to Paypal. Lesson learned: if you cannot return faulty goods, open a "case" on ebay as soon as possible and within 30 days.
