Just not good to be honest

Just not good to be honest. Ordered a book they stated was in stock. A week later no email of a dispatch, yet they say delivery is between 3-5 days. Went to check and now it states the book is out of stock. No communication from this place at all.

Quite a poor service in my opinion

So I am in limbo at this moment as to not knowing if they ever had it in stock in the first place and have just taken my money or was in stock and they just haven't dispatched.
