ABSOLUTELY HORRID EXPERIENCE...AVOID AVOID AVOID

ABSOLUTELY HORRID EXPERIENCE! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Drivers are rude, very rude and the most unhelpful and nasty I've come across. Very rarely a direct home to airport trip, have to go off route to a dodgy side road meeting point, then change vans, all the luggage out, then get loaded on to another one, whilst they are having a cigarette break and chat! Complete farce. BUT the worse point is the drivers without a doubt! Save yourself the hassle and book with someone else, anyone else but for sure...SOMEONE ELSE!

Really good service

Really good service. What would help would be to receive a confirmation text that your driver is on route. That would also allow you to make contact if your flight is delayed or you are held up at Baggage Reclaim. Would definitely recommend their service. Great value for money. Would use again.

Could be dangerous!

I used this service on 09/10/2016 and was picked up at 02.45 from my home. So far so good. The driver used a very circuitous route to connect with the motorway, but my main concern was that on no fewer than three occasions he accepted calls from a hand-held mobile. The first was whilst negotiating leafy country lanes (I was the only passenger at this time), and the rest whilst driving a full complement of passengers down the motorway. I felt very uncomfortable and vulnerable with this.
In fairness I have to say that the return journey was altogether different, with a polite driver and state-of-the-art vehicle.
On returning I informed the police, but have not been updated.
I feel strongly that the company should be brought to book about this, as it could be a lethal hazard which we, as the paying public, seem to have no control over.
