Ali was absolutely wonderful! He drove us from London to Bath and the Cotswolds and made the entire day so easy and enjoyable. He was punctual, professional, respectful, and incredibly patient throughout the trip. We always felt comfortable and well taken care of. Such a kind gentleman. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Ali!

Ali is fantastic! We’ve used him twice now with two children and LOTS of luggage and he’s beyond helpful and extremely lovely with our toddler. The kid’s car seats provided are great quality which is also a rarity in many taxis! Thank you, Ali - we highly recommend your service

Have been using Gatwick Expert for a few years and now know we can always rely on Ali when our family needs to get to or from Heathrow. He tracks our flight, gets in contact once we have landed and shares his location so we can know where to find him in the pick-up / drop-off zone. Reasonably priced too.

Excellent taxi service from start to finish. Communication was great, everything was arranged clearly and efficiently. The vehicle was clean and comfortable and Mr Ali was punctual and very helpful.
Airport drop off and pick up we’re completely stress free, which made travelling with the family so much easier.
Baby car seat provided at no extra cost which was thoughtful and much appreciated.

Gatwick North terminal assisted travel is diabolical. I am a non walking wheelchair user my son was told to push me running after a buggy driver who had two passenger. Not only was this dangerous as I could have tipped out of my wheelchair and done some serious damage .Waited ages for the hydrolic lift to turn up and was then transported on to plane in a narrow chair with no seat belt which was very scary and instead of being the first I was one of the last on board and someone was sitting in my seat so had to be told to move not only that had to wait until I was seated. The whole experience from start to finish was horrendous . Gatwick north assisted travel is no longer fit for purpose .
