No customer service

you intend to buy from Gartoze, you should know that the product quality is good and the items you order will reach you. However, if you expect support or responses to your emails after the purchase, you should forget about it.

I have tried several times to contact support and sent emails, but I have not received any replies. They don’t answer any questions, and it seems that customer support does not exist in this company. If post-purchase support is important to you, this company might not be the right choice.

Gatorz Eye Murderer, sorry Marauder

I am not a Navy Seal. I am not in the military. I own a gun company and work in neurosurgery in the operating room. I purchased these, the prescription version, because we are required to wear safety glasses at work and I wanted something that would work at home/work/etc. I have had Oakleys, Costa, Ray Ban, you name it... after falling for the Devgru B.S. and their advertising flair, I got mine in the mail. I ordered a metal case with my order, didn't get it. When I reached out, was told they don't come with a metal case.. ok.. It was PART of my order. Oh well. Put the things on, wow. I have never in my life felt more clamping force on my face. Read the entire website etc of how to adjust blah blah blah... If you want to see what they are like at home, go get a coat hanger, metal, bend it into the shape of glasses and then throw them on and use a heavy mallet to bang them to your face until they take form. That is precisely the feeling of wearing Gatorz. The nosepiece is insanely flexible and will not retain shape as soon as you put them on your nose bends it rendering useless. The temples stab you behind the ear so bad that under no excessive amount of bending force will you find relief. Oh, and the transitions lenses they charge such a premium for? Sure, they look dark.. but go outside and look around, the curvature of the lenses amplifies sunlight in such a manner you are basically holding a magnifying UV light up to your cornea. That, and they didn't get my prescription right... I'll follow up if they actually refund me (not looking great so far with comms with CS). I can't speak on the ballistics, but I do know the only positive of these is that they are relatively easy to clean. Don't fall for the marketing. Whatever guy you saw wearing these and said they were the sh**, he's wearing them because they look cool, and that is just it. Made in USA is starting more and more to be a negative connotation.
