I only traded with a demo account, but imagine if this happened to you on a live account.
I opened a trade and took a loss. I immediately went to Tradelocker to check what caused it. That’s when I noticed I was suddenly in another trade — with no stop loss and no take profit.
I have no idea how they did that, but if they can open trades for you without your consent, and this happens on a live account without an SL, you can imagine what could happen to your capital if the trade moves against you.
Be very cautious with this broker!!!

This claim is incorrect and reflects a misunderstanding of how TradeLocker functions.
A broker cannot open trades on a client’s behalf every order is timestamped, logged, and digitally signed by the user’s device/session. What you experienced on demo is almost always caused by one of the following: an accidental double-tap on the buy/sell button, a pending order previously placed and forgotten, or a delayed interface refresh on the TradeLocker demo environment, which is not connected to live liquidity and can occasionally display out-of-sync updates.
None of these behaviors can occur on a live server without a verifiable audit trail, and GatesFX cannot legally or technically execute trades without user authorization.
For any trader who wants clarity, our support team can provide a full order-level audit showing exactly when and how each trade was triggered.

Negative Reviews Takes My Withdrawal ❌ Stay Away ❌
❌ I think this broker have fake positive reviews, If you experience this broker you'll never give them a positive review. They takes my withdrawal with my initial deposit due to balance correction. They said i deposit 1000$ and withdrawal total is 1040$ that's why they correct my balance and it takes my all of last withdrawal. Overall ❌ negative reviews just stay away keep your money safe. Never trapped in their bonus promo also. Just faking and taking our funds. ❌ I have proofs but trust pilot don't allow to attach screenshots. I swear I'm not lying just stay away choose another broker.
They suspend my account also i have no option to contact them now.

Firstly, my issue/ticket was ultimately resolved. I had a slightly unusual issue uploading my verification photo, due to pop-up permissions. The Gates help desk team was very patient and hung in with me until the ticket was successfully closed. High regards for their customer support.

Tradelocker Froze
I experienced a malfunction with Tradelocker that caused my trades to violate my SL. I shared my position IDs with technical support and they resolved the problem in approximately 2 hours, depositing the lost funds. GatesFX was very professional. Its great to be a client of such broker.

If you’re unsure about crypto deposits, they’re safer than through your bank. I’ve traded for years and I have been scammed and all that before I found KOT4X before they shutdown. With these guys I had a trusted source and high earning pro trader tell me they had a great experience so I made a decent sized deposit myself to test it out today and it was again a big amount and I was confused at first as it didn’t show on the site but once my cashapp verified their end, it appeared within 10 mins NOT TO MENTION they INSTANTLY matched my decent sized deposit into my tradelocker account as SOON as I did. At 2am on a SUNDAY by the way.
I’ll DEFINITELY update this if I get a change of heart as of now I love it!

The one thing they don’t tell you is that there is a 3% withdrawal fee . Everytime you want to withdraw you have to pay that . That’s insane and not right . They say there transparent but they don’t have that on their website. Also their platform frozed on me and the spreads widened . However they did compensate me for the issue which I respect . My only issue is the withdraw fee if that was already stated on their website then I wouldn’t feel no way but to go to withdraw and see there’s a fee is absurd and disturbing just my honest unbiased opinion . They’re good overall but they lack the transparency about their withdrawal fee which is 3 percent every time you withdraw so I DO NOT recommend them I can’t in good faith

The 3% fee you saw is not a GatesFX withdrawal fee.
It’s a network/blockchain processing fee charged by the payment processor for crypto transfers. We don’t keep that money, and it isn’t something we control — but we are working on adding clearer messaging so clients aren’t surprised by it.
Regarding the platform freezing and spreads widening — we’re glad we were able to compensate you and make that right. Moments like that are rare but we take them seriously.
Your feedback on transparency is valid, and we genuinely appreciate it. We’re already updating our website and FAQs to make the processing fee explanation clearer so no one feels blindsided.
