Very disappointed with the service that i have received recently.
My rent was paid on Thursday and it is now Tuesday evening and i still have not had the rent paid in to my account which is unsatisfactory.
I have chased this payment everyday and Ryan i apparently out of the country !
Is it time to get a new letting agent ?
Could Ryan please contact me to siscuss.

Never been so annoyed and dismayed of how a agent and a agency can lie and cheat . Gates and parish well nothing more to say about them bar cheats and liars really don’t need to add anymore

got a rental property through them and Kerry was quick to respond, helpful and we had everything sorted out promptly so i could move in. Considering how stressful the rental market is right now it was very reassuring.

I bought a house listed with gates estates. They were very quick and efficient. I mostly dealt with Rebecca. She answered any questions I had and was great.
Would highly recommend.

Good estate agents but we had information withheld from us and was told that the last occupier died in a nursing home. But we recently found out from the neighbours that he died in the house. We’re unsure whether it was the sellers son who lied or the estate agents, but we wanted to express our concern.

I think as an agent it is crucial to give all the information to potential buyers. Overall, we are happy with our house and the sell did go through quickly. But buyers must be mindful in the future to do your research further. As it has scared our son after knowing he passed away in his bedroom.

Gates were absolutely brilliant from start to finish in selling my property. They achieved more in a short time than a previous agent did in 6months. The communication was excellent I was constantly kept updated on everything, Rebecca was great and I can’t thank her enough. I highly recommend them.

Brilliant from the beginning, Nicola was an absolute star in what ended up being a very difficult sale, she was always keeping us updated and very fast to respond even after 6 months.

Really appreciated all she did for us to make it as pain free as possible!

If I could give more stars I would! Nicola was fantastic from start to finish when selling our house. She went above and beyond and made what could have been a very stressful situation, more bareable keeping us in the loop regularly via email and calls.

I used Gates Estates to sell my property recently and from start to finish its been excellent service would highly recommend!

Had to take them to small claims to get a refund after I paid up front and they didn’t sell our house. The loss in revenue they will get from the bad feeling from us will cost them more in the long run in a close nit area. You should have done the right thing and refunded.
