Fantastic product and service
From looking on there website , to choosing the gate style I wanted, the process was very easy. Spoke with a lovely lady on the phone when ordereing the gates who was extremly knowledgable and helpful. They kept me informed and up to date, all the way from them starting the gates through the different finishes I requested to the date they were being delivered. Big thanks to Liam and Gareth who made and completed the gates and for the fantasic quality of them manufacturing them personally. Big thanks to both Simon and Paul the lovely delivery drivers, who arrived on time and with minimum fuss placed the new gates were I asked them to be put. I am completely satisfied and extremely happy with the new gates which are beautifully crafted, heavy weight and exactly what I requested. They are of great quality and worth every penny I paid for them. Also a big thank you to Kirsten who provided me with the name of fitters here in sunny manchester who are happy to fit them. Highly recommend buying from this company. Big thank you to you all

Brilliant service
Brilliant service. Kept informed the whole way. Delivery drivers were great. Thanks for the chocolate. I had an issue with the lock that was sent but when I sent it back I was refunded immediately.
Thank you Simon and Barry for the delivery and Lisa in customer service for sorting out the refund so quickly.

Excellent service and excellent product
From the start, customer service has been excellent, i communicated with Kirstin a number of times and always got great service. I was advised of the progress of the build so I could tell the order was progressing. I believe Jimmy & Jack made the gate and I am delighted with the result, it looks as it should, top class and very nicely finished, the Iroko looks stunning. Paul & Barry delivered the gate having advised us in plenty of time of their arrival which was spot on, they handled the gate considerately and stored it carefully along with the other parts on the order. Very satisfied with the entire process

Great delivery service
Jimmy and Barry delivered our gates this week. They were on time and called ahead to let us know when they would arrive. They were courteous, efficient and placed the gates where we wanted them with a minimum of fuss.

Excellent quality fence panels
Ordered four fence panels from gates and fences and was nervous about getting the sizing right. Lisa from sales team was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Delivered by Ben and Tony who were polite and helpful. Superb quality in comparison to stock panels we viewed at the usual high street retailers. Added the finish touch to our garden!

Two Excellent sets of Brentwood Garage…
Two Excellent sets of Brentwood Garage doors in Redwood Pine made by Dan and carefully delivered by Ben and Paul. Very good communication throughout . So pleasing to deal with a British manufacturing company with high standards of service. For the record the doors will be knotted, primed with Zinsser Coverstain and finished with Little Greene Tom’s Oil exterior traditional paint.
