I had the misfortune to order from this…

I had the misfortune to order from this company, the measurements were given to me by the bricklayer, I gave the measurements to them over the phone and they worked out what I needed.
I was given an 8 week completion date, this worked out at 16 weeks as they had dificulty obtaining the metal, I was informed of this after about 6 weeks.
I lost the Boulder who was doing the work and due to bad weather was not able to start the work until months later, when the packages weee open there were a substantial amount that wasn’t there, 3 lengths and 5 posts to be precise.
I had to call and the same person took my new order, there was no apology at all just took my new order.
This came on time but is missing a hanger that again will hold us up.
I have complained and got an apology this time.
Make sure if you do order that you make sure they take the measurements correctly.
