All I want is access to my account - very little assistance provided
I retired last year and forgot to change my e-mail and phone number associated with this account (both needed to be changed upon leaving my employer).
I have tried to get this corrected in Gatehub, with very little help. Each verification took my time to research as I was given no help when asked and several e-mails to get it complete. The last correspondence from Gatehub was to create another account, provide the info. and they will transfer the funds over. That info. was provided on Monday and it is now Friday with no feedback what so ever. I just checked and the funds were not in the new account. Since this interaction has started my holdings are down nearly 30%.
My fear is that there is malicious intent, my hope is that it is just severe incompetence.

I have a verified account since July 2023 -I did few operation but in the recent month I moved more than 7000 XRP from my ledger account, On feb 7 I wanted to resend the XRP back to the ledger but discover my account need attention.
I follow the instructions i post all my ID docs and i completed the verification process.Back than my account is still 'PENDING" and no one reply to my several messages and mails to the support center.
I finally ask my lawer to prepare a legal notice I sent yesterday.
In 6 days,without any notice,I will proceed legally to protect my assets and customer rights

XRP were transferred. Receive response from support after one month. XRP were not transferred via gatehub, no login. Keys are only kept in paper form from my side. Gatehub is not secure and does not support its customers in any form.
Cant get XPR out of my account! No reply from support!
I have ripples on this account, but I can't transfer the ripples out anymore. I get a screen saying:
"Verification Pending
Your identity is being verified.
You will receive an email when your identity is verified."
Its been over a week now and the support is now answering me.
Customer service takes forever
I am able to log in to my account, but am having problems with 2FA. Possibly due to setup on old phone. Emailed support 2/2/25 and received reference number 615187. Received an email the next day asking for more info which i replied to. Have not heard anything back. Emailed for status 2/5 and have yet to hear back. Can't say I have much confidence in gatehub reading the other reviews of customers having these same problems. Customer service is horribly slow.

Appalling Customer Service – Avoid!
Absolutely terrible experience. I have been a customer since 2017, and after being asked to re-do my ID verification, I found that the UK is no longer listed on the list of countries. As a result, I cannot complete the verification, and my funds are withheld through no fault of my own.
I raised a support ticket (#609960) on 15 January 2025—three weeks ago—and have received no response. I even sent a chaser on 31 January, but still, nothing. What kind of company ignores its customers, especially when they’re holding onto their money?
If you ever need support, don’t expect any help from them. Completely unacceptable and disgraceful service. Avoid at all costs!
Customer service is painfully slow
On attempting to log into my account on a new machine, I was informed that it would send a message to my Hotmail account so that I could verify myself. That's fine in principal, I'm happy for the extra level of security. However, the email didn't arrive. I tried a few times and at the time the GateHub system was down and I was getting worried. I raised a request for them to help rectify the problem. No answer. I tried several times to get in touch, no answer. Then about 1 month later they got in touch with me and rectified the issue. So my less that perfect rating is to do with their response time and lack of communication while I was waiting. It was a worrying time.
