The quality materials and design are poor for critical parts of the stove
The quality of the stove is poor and the price is not indicative of a low quality device. The price is on par with the comparable ENO stove but the quality is quite lower. At first the grating that supports pots and pans on top warped significantly. Gate14 was great at replacing the grating relatively quickly. The next item that broke is the safety lock for the oven door. The design and material used will cause continual failure of this device. The stove should not be sold without some serious design and material changes. Techimpex I thought was of higher quality but from this experience I would not buy another.

Stock items took long before being…
Stock items took long before being send, so maybe their stock isn’t as good as they let you believe?
Shipment was slow, despite paying for express courrier, and
Difficult to communicate with from a foreign shipping address, whilst regional deliveries were slow and issues with delivering according to schedule.
Also, I believe their relation with the brands is harming both their reputations.
