I ordered a half mask respirator and filters for this. It took nearly 4 weeks to get the mask, and over a month since I placed the order, I still have not had all the filters that I ordered! Most of my emails enquiring about the orders were completely ignored.

I have written to them (via email) to cancel the filters order, and asked for a refund. Only time will tell if I will get my money back! With this company, I am doubtful.

I found an alternative supplier for the filters - and they were delivered 2 days after I ordered, at half the cost. Don't bother with this company - waste of time and money.

Very poor service. Taking advantage of the Coronavirus situation to refuse to accept returns. Stating that suppliers have advised that items are not taken back even if unopened and sealed as we may be carriers of pathogens. If the items are sent boxed but unsealed, how do we know that they are not already carrying viruses, or other harmful bacteria before we receive them?
Not written in any of the T&Cs. Clearly a consumer rights issue.
Company should not be allowed to trade in such a way.
